Course Curriculum Overview

This course is practical based. If you want to become a researcher you can opt for it. The curriculum is perfectly designed for both research and practical. The curriculum should focus equally on practical and theoretical learning

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 16745 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fees is increased by 5% after a particular period of time. Cost of this course for all the three year including hostel and other charges it would be around 4-5 lakhs. There are a lot of scholarships available, by the university and the college as well. There is a university program for internship in which stipend is around 10-20000 per annum.

Campus Life

There are a lot of fest organisated during the session. Starting from Graba night during navratri, Diwali Mela, and the yearly college fest MANJARI. There a lot of books available you can avail nearly 50000 books in the college library. Classroom are digital and personalaised. College conduct a lot of sports activities including the annual sports meet. College have a lot societies available like dance, debate , western dance , music , classical music, art and many more.

Admission

Eligibility: one should have class 12 th degree with physics, maths and chemistry assignment core subjects. Admission is on the basis of cuet-ug score. Application form is available on the official website of du. Application begins in April. Exam is held once a year.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for placements after second year or even third year. Companies like Google, Deloitte, KPMG, HDFC Bank, Maruti Suzuki, McKinsey, etc visited our college for placements and recieved over 200 placement offers in the latest year 2025. Highest package of Hindu College is 36.5 LPA and the average package is 11.4 LPA. Hindu College has a high placement rate of 95% of eligible students securing a placement here. My plan is to prepare for UPSC or SSC-CGL after my degree.

Insights into DRC

After appearing for CUET UG, we make preferences of the desired college and on the basis on the CUET score, colleges are alloted. So, Daulat Ram College was my 7th preference and I was alloted this as per my category and cut off I cleaned. Although it was 7th preferred college, I have no regret of getting into it. Good internship opportunities

The admission process till last year in University of Delhi was on the basis of 12th std marks, but from this new session(2022-2023) there is an entrance test CUET. The eligibility for the same was the student must've cleared 12th board exams and the application form was available on NTA official site. People with reservations(SC, ST, OBC etc..) do get a lot of benefits like for them the marks are less for getting a good college as compared to non- reservation seats.
