Likes

Lush green and big campus of 300 acres situated away from the noise of city.
All type of sports facilities are available and there is even is gym

Dislikes

There is sometimes issue with power and water cut.
Internet is a bit slow here and city is also a bit far

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is said to be aiming at making you industry ready but it does not completely make you ready for it just like any other institutions. Some of the professors are really good and you will be able to understand everything if you put your effort.

Class Size: 140Course Fees: INR 92000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Students generally go with off campus internship .it is the network build here that helps.students at here are interning at big companies like Google and Microsoft and even in companies like Wipro and TCS.

Placement Experience

Final year students sit for campus placements . The highest package offered was 1.2 cr and average is about 25 lpa for cse and a decent percentage of students got placed. Students got placed in companies like nvidia,attlasaim,Google,Microsoft.

Fees and Financial Aid

Since this is a govt institute it is unlikely that there will be a very high rise in fees. The complete cost of education is nearly 9 lakhs including mess and hostel. Student scoring a good cgpa will get mcm scholarship.

Campus Life

Tarang is the name of the annual fest held over here. A wide variety of books are available in the library which is easily accessible by the students for free. Classrooms are well equipped with ac. Clubs are very active here and a student will get a lot of opportunity to follow passion.

Hostel Facilities

3 seater hostels are alloted to students of first and second year.single seater is for pre final year students. Hostel rooms have a table,chair,bed and lan facilities are also available. Mess fee is only 15k per sem. We have two mess veg and non veg serving decent food.

Hostel Fee: INR 14000 per year

Admission

Applicant must clear jee mains with a good percentile and 75 percent in boards cbse. Apply through josaa counselling. Four exams are conducted each semester with difficulty being decent. Just be clear with the documents you need.

Average placements, Good infrastructure and Good placements

Placement Experience:

I think for 7th and 8th semister students are eligible for the campus placements. The companies like tcs, Amazon, Capgemini, D mart and etc and some other companies. The highest package is about 8 lacs and the lowest package around 2 lacs. The good number of students are placed in the college and like 20 to 40 percentage students have placed in college placements. After getting this degree I will try for a job or I will go for master's.

Life at OIST, Bhopal

Placement Experience:

In our college, placements take place in the final year of the course. By 7th semester, students are eligible to sit for placements. The placement opportunities are quite decent, an average package consists of 5 - 6 LPA every year. Several companies visit our campus like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, Cisco, etc. Now, startups also started to visit for placements. Highest package has been 72 LPA, and every year in off campus as well, many students achieve high package like 8 - 12 LPA. Nearly 70% of students gets placed, also some students has other plans for their future. About me, I think of going for placements in my final year for which I have started preparation.

Excellent college and unbeatable placement

Placement Experience:

After 10th semester the student are available for campus placement Cap Gemini kpit Amazon apple and Google and many other companies are visited in my call is the average package of my college is 6 lakh and the highest package of my colleges 50 lakh about 17% students are getting of placement plan in the student a job is in the Google company average salary from reviews include that the average salary can be low despite Google placement are management of few reviews point out that the management is not always a student focused and from spectrum of the colleges operations could be improved college provider placement as compared to other colleges but college management are not good our very helpful for our students our colleges are very good and and facilities of placement but our colleges are not available in pure water in and drink not available in not available drinking water

College placement are good as compared to other colleges because in recession time only tit college provides placement for our students so college placement are better but if you are hardworking man or women so your package is better so if you take good package so start hardwork or discipline in college academic. This college average package is also better than other colleges like lnct, oriental because this college average package is something 4 to 5lpa and highest package is something 50 lpa. Placement Experience:

In this college students become eligible from five or six sem to sit in campus placement, companies like TCS , capgemini ,etc. regularly come to our college , The average package of our college is good enough as per the private colleges it is 4 to 6 lakhs per year which is good for freshers

My journey through Engineering and Campus Life

Placement Experience:

The placements are good and offer strong opportunities for both full time roles and internships. Students are eligible for placements from 2nd year. Most companies approach from 3rd year. Many reputed companies visit the campus for placements, inluding D.E Shaw, Goldmann Sachs, Flipkart, Meesho, Accenture. Many people are placed from college from cse, ece from other branches its quite less. Overall the placement ecosystem is highly supportive and prepares students for their professional careers.

Life as a Student of IIITDM Jabalpur

I wanted a National college which should be government, according to my rank in JEE Mains I was getting other Nits and iiits and also some state government colleges but i preferred this because it is in my home city jabalpur No i didn't got any rejections i applied to because this college was my fiest priority and according to my interest. According to your JEE mains rank when you are selected in this college by Jossa/Csab counselling Online physical reporting is done first then within 10-15 days you have to physically report to the college, after it you are alloted your respective hostel to live and from next week classes get started My overall admission experience was really very good, it was my dream college You have to achieve rank under 1.5 lakhs to get admission here if you are from obc category For general category you have to achieve rank under 70000 to come here For sc/st candidates you have to achieve rank under 2 lakhs to come to this college as per previous year cutoff...Read More
