The college management does not fund for the program that is held in college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because of the job opportunity and scope. All the teachers are phd Holders. The series exam takes 4 days to complete and it will be only half day and students get the remaining time to study and which is very helpful.

Class Size: 64Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fees is affordable but if you are staying in hostel it will be very costly. There is fee reduction for lower castes and stipends will also be provided for students. There will be daily charges for food which approximately is 150. When the semester start there will be cost for stationary items such as books which costs overall of 500 rupees. For students who are OEC, ST and SC can get a scholarship called e-grantz which the government pays for the tuition fees.

Campus Life

There is two main fest in our campus takshak (tech fest) which is held in November and sanskriti(art fest) . The books provided should be returned to the library in 2weeks and the student can either return the book or renew it. A SC or ST caste student can take 6 books at a time and hold up to 6 months. The classroom is big and provides a good environment for studying. The college has excellent lab facilities including good faculties.

Admission

We should pass 12th standard and apply for keam and get good marks and rank. After the result is published the keam result and 12th result will be added and your rank will be calculated. The exam is simple and can be cleared by only achieving 20 marks in the keam exam. The admission process can be improved by making the site more fast and easily accessible.

College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

My honest review of ICET

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for attending campus placement from semester 7. Some companies that visits ICET are Utc global, Layland, DeltaX, etc. The average package given by the companies are 3 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed are around 40%. I plan to placed at any company.

nehru has implemented placement traninng from the start of the course itself, from first year itself we get to placement classes which made us adapt and get to know how interviews are conducted. from 4th year onwards i think students are eligible for placements and more than 75% of students gets placed every year

Navigating MACE: A student's journer Through Campus Life, Academics and Oppurtunities.

I chose this college over other colleges primarily for its autonomous status. This allows MACE to have more current and industry relevent curiculum unlike colleges with fixed university syllabus. Admission to MACE was based on keam rank. Although I had a good rank, it wasnt high enough to get my preferred branch in NIT calicut or CET.
