What Students Say

Likes

All faculty gives their time and support for our studies and also in our life.
Also there are many seniors which gives their time and also support friendly as well as they are giving advice for our further activities in sports as well as in academic.
Environment are literally too good for the students.

Dislikes

Sometimes weather are too scared that is sometimes very cold , sometimes very hot, sometimes rainy .
Accomodation as well as hostel are not available for the many students .
Forest areas so there are some life issues scared by the leopards.

I choose this course because I have interest in computer science stream... Now I choose gate entrance test for further education from that I may be get the admission in some IIT for further education. The area of improvement is that all faculty members have to give their importance on online format.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 22000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for academic year is twenty two thousand per year that is Rs 22,000. And Eleven thousand per semester that is Rs 11,000. You have to applied for the national scholarship portal that is nsp for scholarship as well as University has scheduled caste , and scheduled Tribes scholarship respectively.

Campus Life

There are mainly three fest that are held in this hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University , a Central University in Uttarakhand. They are first Rudraksha fest which is organised by Rashtriya Kala Manch and second one is Ananta Tech fest organised by school of engineering and technology. There are sports and extracurricular activities in our sport complex . There are some social group and clubs like Abhivyakti and Coding club and many more..

Eligibility for the Course : Intermediate pass with science stream... Application form is on common University entrance test samarth website i.e. cuet samarth.co.in All application fee , date are released on the common University entrance test website officially as well as in the official website of hnbguonline.in Just take your caste certificate marksheet all required documents for the admission process

"Overall, a satisfying college experience"

Placement Experience:

In our college students become elegible for placement after 5th and 6th sem . Preplacement drive such as aptitude test , coding session, group discussion may start from 4th sem . I'm not sure wether i take placement from my college or by myself but my goal after completing my degree is to take a repotative job as software engineer.

The feeling of being in IIT Roorkee

Placement Experience:

Placements are good as you all know its IIT. The avg package of all branches is still around 20 LPA . For CS its around 35-40 LPA. And for all other branches its greater than 15 LPA. Im a first year student so i have not seated in placement but there are so many companies that visit iit roorkee for placements, like google,microsoft, ibm, oracle, etc Highest package secured by a student this year is 1.5 crore. Nearly 95 percent of students get placed every year for sure. My plans after degree is to get placed and do my job.

Is it one of the best private college ?

Placement Experience:

Placements are really good here many companies comes at campus every year each year the number of companies increases and the highest package is about 32LPA and students are allowed from 7 semester to enroll in campus placement program 100% placement is assured if u are scoring more than 7.5 CGPA and having no backlogs at all my plans are to get degree and try to get the campus placement if possible

UIT college dehradun - BTECH course

Life around Campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

B.tech Cse course is good as I see that AI rises quickly in this generation which looks good for future. College must increase lab for more practical exercises in labs for better learning, Timings must ne atleast 2 to 3 hour's for better learning.

Overall good college according to fees

Placement Experience:

After completing second year means 4 th semester the students usually start to do the internship and usually the students from 5-6 semester become eligible for the campus placements , there are various companies that visited here like wipro, microsoft, hdfc , intallipat, etc . I don't know about the number of offers but the highest package offered here was 40 lakhs per annum.

IIT ROORKEE - A SCRUPULOUS REVIEW

Placement Experience:

Iit roorkee provide better Placement opportunities than any other college. It has it's placement and intership cell . Gold man Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, graviton and quantbox are the big recruiters which visit my college. Placement are good with average package of 1800000 per annum. If someone don't get on campus then cell helps in getting off campus placement. Enormous amd strong alumini network helps in getting off campus placement.

I've applied for Btech course in Benaras Hindu University. But before the counselling result declared I've already taken admission in Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Uttrakhand.
