The course is more inclined towards practicle implementation of the theorectical concepts of machine learning. The best thing is the coding culture here and along with that there is Deep Learning as your compulsory subject.

There are ample of internship oppurtunities available here. There are 6 month and 2 month internship availble in companies like Ericson, Pinelab, Qualcomm offers paid internship for the final year students.

Campus Placements are great, there is a market slowdown but most(70%) of them from mtech got placed this year and still the placements are going on. Other than that you will have internship opportunities from the college or as well as outside the campus as well. From the last two years, 6-month internship is provided to mtech as well.

If you come through the councelling of ccmt then you are eligible for the monthly scholarship of 12,400. and there are so many other scholarship options as well, but you can prevail one scholarship at a time.

Campus life is descent, but the thing is you will have a great experience of coding culture here. There is sports activity centre as well. You can play any kind of game here, Everything is available here in the campus.

There is 5 boys hostel and 3 girls hostel, if you come here in mtech you are most probabily going to get the double room in boys hostel 2, but we got lucky as we got single room accomodation in boys hostel(BH) 5. Here in BH5 food is good and we have got a gym inside the hostel, Btech 1st year will get the double occupancy rooms only in the first year.

I have given gate exam in ME, and after that i applied for the ccmt councelling. There i have got seat in IIIT-A. I have got gate score of 493, OBC Category. There are 3 main rounds in ccmt councelling process and 2 special rounds and 1 national spot round.
