Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum for each semester gets uploaded on the official website of uttarakhand technical university which is affiliated to our women Institute of technology dehradun. The faculties in college are highly educated and supportive with a great teaching experience. The exam are held in every six months after completion of exam.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fees for each semester is around 45000 excluding the miscellaneous and compulsory charges. This also excludes the hostel fees as currently the college does not have their own hostel inside the campus. The college also helps you in providing scholarship to those you are not financially stable and independent.

Campus Life

The college organize a annual fest in month of March named as KAUTHIG it lasts upto three days. The college has a huge library in the campus with books from btech to mtech course. The classroom of college are decent, spacious and clean. The college student also run many sociol media pages on Instagram and Facebook.

Admission

The admission process is very simple you just have to take joint entrance exam with a decent percentile of approx 50-60.the application form for the same can be found on the official website of the joint entrance exam. There are no reservation benefits availed by any student in the college. No more improvement are required in admission process as it is quick smooth and online process.

Balance campus life

Placement Experience:

Tulas Institute, students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. Many companies visit the campus like TCS, Wipro, Byju’s, HCL, and Tech Mahindra. The highest package offered was around 22 LPA by a foreign company, but for most students, the average package is between 3 to 5 LPA depending on the branch and profile. Remarks:

This is an overall average Institute. Infrastructure is very much good as well as the faculties. Technical cum cultural programs are enjoyable. Negative remarks will be the fee, the fee is quite high and also there should be wifi facility available in the whole college campus.

Inside WIT Dehradun

I applied to a few other enginnering colleges in my region that offered Btech programs . I recieved confirmed admission offers from a couple of them as well . However, I chose WIT as I felt overall learning atmosphere here aligned better with my goals for teamchnical growth and career development. The admission procedure here is simple the candidate must have completed 10+12 with physics chemistry and maths. The college accepts JEE main , state level entrance exams like UPSEE or other state technical exams and also considers direct admission based on merit depending on seat availability.
