Likes

Campus which is green and lushy provides fresh air.
Placements which are good and can be good to some people like top companies if you get.
Teaching is good and some faculties are real good.

Dislikes

Remote location in midst of uttarakhand , connectivity with air can be issue
Teaching can be more practical based and less hectic.
placements can be even better as it is new IIM

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum involves learning marketing, operations, HR, finance to make you fit for managerial roles . Case studies like Harvard case studies are done to ensure practical case based learnings .

Class Size: 500Course Fees: INR 1730000 per year

Placement Experience

The average package is around 17 lakhs. 100% students get placed .The highest package is around 38 lpa. I plan to get a analytics company after my placements. ICICI, Tata Motors, are the main recruiters.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is around 17 lakhs thirty thousand. Mess fee is around twenty thousands for a trisemester. Need based college scholarship and merit based scholarships are given to the people. You can take live projects .

Campus Life

There are various clubs and committees . These provide like opportunities for leadership growth and there are 42 different clubs and committees. We have well-lit projector-based classrooms . We organise different intercollege sporting competitions.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is okish. Meals and mess food quality is good . Registration process for hostel is through admission process only . Different clubs help you in different activities during admission.

Hostel Fee: INR 500000 per year

Admission

The admission process was through cap . Our cat scores and interview scores were calculated and final score was given to the candidate. Eligibility requires undergraduate degree with 50% score at least.

Placement Experience:

In digital marketing nearly 90% it the students are placed in top startup companies like the Boat, Minimalist and all who needs digital presence to sell their products. Jobs offered are of 50-80k a month and for MBA freshers this is a kind package.

Campus life

Placement Experience:

For masters student student from 3rd semester are eligible for the campus placement. For bachelor students from 6-7 semester students are eligible for the campus placement. Federal bank, taj hotel, Techmutant software solutions, cradlewise, patanjali, etc. many more companies are there which visit the campus. There is 60-70% criteria for students to get the placement as 60% are the eligibility criteria for many companies and some companies have 70% eligibility criteria for the placement. Our university has 85% placement in dehradun region as compared to other universities. My plans are taking a good job and work hard to become independent.

i think from 3 rd semsester students are eligble for campus placements iam from 1 sem thats why i didnt eligble for that higest is like 20 lakhs and lowest is 3 lakhs per anam they show 90 percent but actually only 10 percent of students get placed i am planning to get a job ncr

Placement Experience:

At the end of end semesters college started to get internship and their are a number of them of every type. Students should choose it of any kind. For placement companies started to come in collage in 3rd semesters and one should apply for placement. Till now many companies were there including 99acers, Arvind fasion, Wipro, Google and so on.

Admission:

When you are selected through your CAT you need to pass through the GD and PI round. The topic of GD is related to current affairs and we were given 20 minutes. The PI round was for about 15 minutes and general questions were asked about my academics, my experience etc. I gave some mock interviews which helped me a lot for these rounds.

The IIM of the North

I found the admission process easier (Level Medium on Difficulty scale). The process started with the CAT application form, then the CAT exam, followed by a call letter for an Interview and then the selection email.
