Course Curriculum Overview

Our curriculum is specified in Accounting and Taxation which is not available in most of the universities. But considering the real world application, No in depth practical skills can be achieved. Our own efforts along with Carriculam will work greatly. Exams are happening timely in Semester wise. Results can be expected within a week after the exam.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 20000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fee payable at the time of admission is around 20000/- including First semester fee, admission Fee and Refundable cuation deposit. Second semester and fourth semester fee should be 3000. In 3rd semester , there is 11000/- sem fee. Department provide scholarship on the basis of merit. Around 750 Rs per month can be availed by top performing 15% of students. First 3 Rank holders in each sem will get 2000,1500,1000 respectively per month.

Campus Life

College is rich in its culturals. There are many events conducted by different departments throughout the year including Pongal, Onam , Christmas etc . There is Football leagues also which is highly engaging.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is Nice. Hostel fee is nominal which amounts only 1000 per year payable beginning of each year. One room will accommodate 3 students as per hostal rules . Room will have two table, 3 bed and two fans and two lights. Food is also cheap. 74 rupees Daily payable for 6 month upfront. Quality is not bad. Chicken will be provided twice a week

Hostel Fee: INR 22000 per year

Admission

The admission eligibility for M.com is Bachelors in Commerce . Here note that BBA is not Eligible. They are Taking students based on CUET Score conducted by NTA. Exam is conducted yearly at the time of March-April. Application fee is 250 and we can attempt three different subject. Difficulty level is medium only.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Academic curriculum have some shortcomings like the internals are held very late and because of that the end of the semester becomes very hectic. The internship duration is very short it should be at least a month.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is very good. In Pondicherry University the Master of Commerce is the best course compared to others. There are lots of talented teachers in our department. Then the examination procedures are good because there is perfect examination control in the University. They are conducting exams correctly after the portions are over and the results are also published within a week.

Pondicherry University is recognised by the UGC and is accredited with an grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).
