Course Curriculum Overview

3

MBBS is a very noble profession, people think doctors are the only form of god we can see, Improvements- its a tough course there is very little scope of holidays and vacations, so students are always exhausted, In teaching methods there can be an improvement in the way teachers teach, most of the teachers only come to read the slides #exams are way very hectic can't get over one exam and the next exam will come

Internships Opportunities

4

You get an internship after passing the final proff and in which u get paid around 30000, and after that completion, you get posted in hospitals where u earn around a lac in government one, and around 60k in private one

Placement Experience

4

You get an internship at the end of 4 and half years of around 30000 per month, at the end of your internship u will be posted in a government hospital for like 1.25 lac a month, Most of the students choose to do this government job for a year, and after that students go for a PG prep and choose the speciality department

Fees and Financial Aid

For now, tuition fees are 31000 per year and it doesn't increase every year, there is actually some cost of buying books, but the college has an excellent library. You can actually save a lot of money after getting into college, And there is a stipend for a 12month internship at the end of the course

Campus Life

5

The annual fest is Ripple. it is very good, the fest of every du college is very good if you are a student of this college u will definitely enjoy this in the library there is a variety of books journals and medical papers, you won't find in all medical colleges. classroom is fully AC and equipped with projectors Technologies ---excellent ,,one of the best societies--there are many societies which work for the welfare of needy like swouc etc

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostel room is big enough for a single student,,,yes every student gets a single room from very first year only,,u will get a bed ,,a chair ,,a table ,,and a small table Menu is vert good u will get paneer 3 days ,,,and in breakfast u will get dishes like chole bhature,,chole kulche,,,butter bread,,,jam,,,,idli sambhar,,etc #registration process is very smooth u just have to submit application form at hostel office

Admission

Eligibility criteria you should clear the NEET exam with a very good rank if you don't opt for any quota then u should aim for less than 1000 AIR The application form you will find it on the college website i.e. ucms.com. Application fees are 31000 for a year. applications dates are announced by the MCC quota if you go by du quota you will be of great benefit for general to get admissions in du quota AIR should be around 3000 exam difficulty exams are getting easier every year, so you should focus more on practice Suggestion- the whole documentation process requires a lot of documents, in some cases, you have to visit the last school to renew the documents. it makes the task tougher

Course Curriculum Overview:

The MBBS curriculum is mostly standard, but its relevance is super high because of the massive patient load at SJH. That clinical exposure is the key thing that prepares you for both real life and NEET PG later—that’s why I chose VMMC. Improvements? We need less lecturing and more interactive case discussions and maybe more emphasis on research. Exams are non-stop, seriously! We have internals/semester exams every 3-4 months. They are tough (50% passing), but they force you to study well for the final big Proffs. It’s tiring, but it works.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very well structured and includes detailed study of all the aspects of medicine which is very relevant in today's world. Since mbbs curriculum is more about practical and less about theory we get a really good patient exposure which makes us ready to deal with patient problems in real life. The course curriculum can be made a little less hectic as in fourth year there are 11 subjects to cover so they can be distributed equally in all the other years and teaching methods can be made more interactive instead of professors just reading the slides monotonously

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is decided by the NMC therefore it is same for all of the doctors. Our college has a good clinical exposure and thus we learn a lot. The course prepares you well, but you always have to learn by yourself. In the area of clinical expertise the treatment of common disease must be taught separately. We have exams Nearly every 3 months, which can be tough to manage, considering that you have to score an average of more than 50% in them . Difficulty level is intermediate
