Likes

Good hostel, and classroom infrastructure.
Abundant opportunities for sports and extra curricular activities.

Dislikes

Poor faculty skills and knowledge which was a big negative.
Poorly formulated education curriculum and outdated syllabus.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum was pretty vast and detailed, however they lacked the quality. Some topics, and subjects offered were outdated and needed to keep pace with the ongoing technical demands. The frequency and timing of exams was ideal, keeping the students always busy.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

Fees for the course was justified. There was also sufficient scholarship provided for deserving students. Although campus employment opportunities were lagging behind. The tuition fee hike did not take place while I was studying.

Campus Life

The campus life was decent. Social gatherings, club involvements and other social events were in the plenty. Sports and extra curricular activities also had a big share in the campus life. Overall infrastructure of this university is among the best.

Hostel Facilities

The hostels were decent with most facilities available within the hostel premises. The in-house mess meal quality was VERY POOR. Registration process, was easy. Hostels were quite expensive. Overall hostel experience was good.

Hostel Fee: INR 50000 per year

Admission

The admission process in Lovely Professional University was quite streamlined. They conducted an entrance exam as well, which gave scholarships to eligible candidates. Overal admission and education experience was decent.

Placements are improving year to year with an average of nearly 12 lakh the placements are decent here, more than 300 companies visit the campus including Google, Amazon, McKinsey, JP Morgan and many other big names. Most of the students gets placed. Highest goes upto 1 cr . Many students also opt for MBA program after completing their btech degree

Exams developed by the university were very good and suitable. Exams were difficult. The structure of exams was good. It helped us work hard for the future. Exams were conducted by the university. Our college does not conduct them.

Remarks:

Most of the remarks are good enough but according go my perspective, LPU is a place where a studios person can even make his or her knowledge even be more better and also a lite going person can dump himself into the mode of enjoyment.

Great Exposure and a Balanced System

Remarks:

Everything has some negative points, for me it is the fee. It is not overpriced, with the services given the fee is reasonable though. Overall, I am proud to be a Thaparian and would like to suggest you all to join this if you have a chance to.

About my college , i think there is only one bad thing about the college that they make very much holidays due to which we cant able to cover our syllabus for exams rest of all the things are very good our college management and principle sir are very aggressive and helpful as they support students in every issue raised in college.

Lovely professional University
