The campus is situated approximately 14 km from Amritsar Junction Railway Station and about 16 km from Sri Guru Ram Dass Jee International Airport. AGC have modern campus infrastructure, smart classrooms, well equipped laboratories, a central library, computer centers etc.
As per students review teachers in AGC Amritsar are very nice, and each one has a unique and interesting way of teaching that makes learning fun and college cafeteria is also good because it offers a variety of healthy and tasty food. College campus is beautiful, full of greenery, with a lovely park and a big playground. However, the college does not organize many trips or cultural events, which is disappointing. One major issue is that they charge very high fines, and students from poor families find it hard to afford them. The college doesn't give much help to such students.
