Course Curriculum Overview

I am intrested in computer science from the begining, here student faculty retio is wery high , Qualification of faculty most of them are phd graduates, average student can easily pass getting good cg matters a lot.

Class Size: 150Course Fees: INR 227000 per year

Internships Opportunities

First you need to have very good CG is likely above 8 then you can get a decent intern an also very well in DSA and cpp proble solving, capgemini, tcs, accenture, microsoft will provide interns in last year

Placement Experience

after covid there are desent placements 50% will be placed with good packages and you need cg for internship opportunities and you can develop projects which will be part of acamidics as well.microsoft, TCS, Accenture are some companies.

Fees and Financial Aid

In IIIt's generally the cost is very high in comparison to NIT's and also job opprchunities also high in nit but in iiit the coding culture is good, any way you can apply scholarship with your respective catagory. The fee for students of general category is around 227000.

Campus Life

Fest are very rare yearly onse or twice that to very small one It is especially because now there no own campus but in one or two years it will not be the same senario. sport clubs are active you can go to tournments.

Hostel Facilities

hostels are very clean they clean day by day , 4 per room study table will be provided water but no washing machine. in and out timmings are there they will not allow you to stay in near by PG you have to stay in hostel unless you show the locality proof

Hostel Fee: INR 62000 per year

Admission

JEE Mains rank of 17k general , JOSAA is used for application process, no reservation benfits you can apply for scholarship all kinds of scholerships are accepted and can apply for loan in college it self provides facility at the time of admission.

Good Experince at VU

Placement Experience:

from 4th year all the students gets offers of placements. and from 3rd year students started getting Internships. also there is google dev groups club in house placements in our college. i don't know in details but from my side it could be 15lpa highest and lowest as in every colleges like 2,3lpa something arround. Almost 80% students gets placements who all are focusing on there carrer my plan is to get settle in luxurious lifestyle after getting my degree

SIT is best engineering college of Pune!!

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Honestly the placement is good in college but student's are not able to get that placement because they don't work on their skills . Then how could college place them although College does their best in placement. Almost 80% students get placement in our college .the highest package last year was 12.5 lakhs per annum. just money making college

Remarks:

The college management was just running an money collecting machine. there were no payments to the staff. every year most of the staff would resign and they would apply new staff. not only the staff even the principle was changed in last 5 years the college had gotten 5 principles. the college had also not refunded the deposit amount which the had taken from each students during the admission time.

IIIT Pune Detailed Review

This College was on my top priority as It is in the city Pune . The Emerging IT city in India . As the Name is IIIT it also attracts me . At the time of Counselling i have filled Branches in ECE of NIT and CS of IIIT . Initially i was alloted IIIT Bhopal but inn the 5th round IIIT Pune was alloted . My Parent was happy as Pune is Nice city. My College Infrastructure is Good but not as expected. If we compare my College to Private than it is far Good and all the facilites are nice. Yeah we can say that we are new but we can say that we are not less than New NIts. For Entrance in IIIT Pune You need to qualify the JEE Main Exam with Good Percentile. My experience of iiit pune

I also applied to cse at IIIT jabalpur and allahbad, and chemical engineering at nit Warangal but I couldn't get a seat there. I was also getting ece in iiit jabalpur and cse in spit mumbai but I decided to take iiit pune cse over it.
