Overall this is the best college to spend 4 years which turns really worth a experience in life.

RV was my dream college since the time passion grew in me towards engineering stream. Post my pre university course , i took CET entrance examination and cleared it with top notch rank 256 to a get a seat in RV college through CET counseling. i was passionate about Electricals and Electronics since the childhood hence chose to purse engineering in this to explore my interest and talent. R.V college is the top reputed college with first degree preferences to campus hires through various tied up companies.

The course structure with EEE was pretty good with detailed topics on various segments that covers the detailed explanation on the subject to help understand better. EEE contains many subjects to study and goes with Digital Electronic Circuits, Fundamentals of Power Electronics,Control System Engineering,Engineering Electromagnetics,DC Machines & Transformers,Electric Traction, Switchgears & Protection,Computer Applications in Power systems, Electronics,Microprocessor and Microcontroller. ELectives include VLSS and Opertion research . I chose VLSI because of my interest with design and technology with IC.

yes college do help students in contacting companies that come to RV college for campus hires to offer internships for students . You could learn a lot from the internship and the get some experience which would really add some value to your profile. You could also get a good stipend for the period your work for in the company as an intern

Placement is the most attractive part when it comes to RV college , Majority of the companies compete to get the first slot with the college for the campus hires.Approx 90-95% of the students will be placed every year. The major companies are Microsoft , Sandisk , Dell, Hp, IBM Etc and package is as high as 17,00,000 LPA

Techno Cultural Extravaganza was really an awesome experience. It was one of biggest and fantabulous fest, in which whole Bangalore will be enjoying with the fest with a lot much of fun and exciting events.Cultural fest are organised every year with lots of fun events

fee structure for merit based students is feasible and usually low however fee for management seats are too highly priced and not generally affordable for middle class families. The fee structure are very expensive for management seats and some courses fee are upto 15-20 lakh .Students could avail education loan from banks . Getting the loans should be easy for students with no much complex process.

There is scholarship committe that manages the scholarships They do provide scholarships in various categories. One such is the Sport category where in those through sports quota get scholarship. Hostel is really good with Separate hostel facility for boys and girls within the campus. Semi furnished rooms with attached washrooms. Power backup for light load.Each hostel has a reading room with newspapers, periodicals and magazines.easy access to stationaries, shops and eateries outside and atmosphere is pleasant overall.

Alumni is well organized each year and the college has a very vibrant alumni association . The toppers are awarded during the meet and honored for their contributions to the college with their excellent achievements. Seniors are very helpful in sharing their views on how to excel with high performance in academics

Exam structure is not that hectic and would enjoy attending the labs as it was good to learn stuffs with new experiments .The exam structure is well managed so that students wouldn't have any pressure of the syllabus. Each subject has three internal test and one external exam including lab.

Admission process was fairly straight forward . All you need to do is prepare well for the CET examination to score a high rank (better if its less than 300)and then attend CET counselling the schedule for which will be published post CET results and choose the steam that your interested in and get the admission confirmation printed out and submit the same in the college to start with your graduation journey.

Faculty of the college is very helpful right from Lab attender to the top most HOD all are kind enough to support the students with their need to accomplish their carrier goals . They aid students with the projects and ideas to help them chose the right combination of the skills and technology.
