Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because it has a wide job offers after the degree and talking about the in-campus studies, they are quite up to the mark and teachers are also trained professors and monthly tests are scheduled followed

Companies like google and amazon ,other tech leading companies are there to offer internship to students and they pay for the skills ,a student with good coding skills gets a good package for sure ...

Placement Experience

Placements start from the 6 semester and top notch companies visit the canpus for hiring student like good cicso etc,package sometimes goes upto 50-60 lakh but the avg pack is around 3-4 lakhs ,in campus placement is good

Fees and Financial Aid

Compared to other universities the fees is on the lower panel with a total of 125000 for hotsel per year and about 170000 per year for the academics .fees is quite acceptable as compared to the qualilty they serve

Campus Life

Library here has a wave of books ,everything is available there,classrooms are fully airconditioned and plenty of space with good projectors,talkinh about sports they have almost every game from cricket to snooker

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are really good here with both options of ac and cooler room ,these are 4 bed sharing rooms but they are really spacious moreover food in the mess is quite good with a lot of variety

Hostel Fee: INR 125000 per year

Admission

There was an online interview by the college authorities in which they asked some basic questions about different subjects, as such there was no entrance exam, they would call one day for paperwork and fee payment then your admission would be confirmed

PEC is great choice

Placement Experience:

placements from rti report placement percentage is over 75 + and in ee its 74 percent cse 93 and ece 84 percent avg for cse is 18 lakhs and ece is 16 lakhs ee its 14 lakh and other branches have 8 10 lakh avg but the placemnt percentage in mechncial is 70 percent other branches like civil production have a little less percentage of placements but they have opportunities in college

Life at Panjab University

In our college students need to have 6CGPA to still in campus placements and our college have a Club that overseas all the placement oppertunityies and the placement starts from 7th semester onwards when students starts there seventy semester the company's starts visiting campus for placement and internship opportunity as well

Placement Experience:

Yes,very good college placements are available in our college.Students of 8 semester that is 4th year students are eligible for campus placement Companies such as TCS,wipro,amex,gemini solutions and etc many more companies are there for placement 60-80% students got placed in the companies with an average package of 8 lakhs and with a highest package of 35 lakhs Iam oriented towards govt jobs and in future if I will be interested in coding sector I will do preparation for off campus and specifically for Rubrik

Placement Experience:

Placement do occur in the college. It's average package is around 7.5, lakh. Since I am the first year right now, I don't have data to support the placement record, but some of my seniors of fourth year are getting placed. One of my IT senior got placed for 14 LPA and other other, my Cse senior got placed for around 12 LPA. so opportunities are there for those who want to do something

Nmims Chandigarh for btech review

Placement Experience:

We have avergae package of 12 lpa and 57lpa highest, i am not aware of how mqny placed. As such i have plan to get placed but if things didnt go out as planed then mba or mtech maybe. Our campus just opened recently so there is no much information but our placements are central that means, companies visting mumbai have to visit us too, and u can refer mumbai campus placement for our campus because its counted on central level and not varries campus to campus

Honest insider review - Chitkara University, Punjab

There was no such entrance exam sort of thing. they were just expecting a minimum percentage in the boards examination that too was very low to be honest. i didnt found such difficulty for the admission process as i had scored good marks in the 12th board. The application form was available on the official website of the university. The fees has been increased the last time i toook admission. It took 162,000 for 1 yr of college fees. No reservation benifits were availed by me being a GENERAL. Overall, the admission process was easy i found no diificulty. Although, they can improve the communication hrough the intermediater who accepted my form and took me thorugh the admission process. as it was online, i found some difficulty in communicating with themaslso havinng some misunderstandings with them.....Read More
