Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty members are very good. Especially CSE hod is very good. Solves doubt. Gives answer in WhatsApp message. Gives notes and sends to group. Checks submission of assignment. In cse the placement is very good

Internships Opportunities

Faculties are very much concern about students. They are providing information about different intership, courses, webinar. Encouraging to participate in various tech fest. Giving training to all departments.

Placement Experience

The placement for CSE,IT,ECE,EE is very much appreciable. Companies are very much interested to take student from our college. CE,ME department also attract different companies. Placement is good. Very much appreciated.

Fees and Financial Aid

You can apply for SVMCM scholarship. Eligible students can get WBFS scheme. The fee structure is fixed for all students. Student can get admission through TFW quota too. Application for other private scholarship is also available

Campus Life

The campus is bit small. But the classroom are comfortable. The canteen is developing and has good quality of food in affordable rate. Trees, plants are there to decorate the campus . Digital board is available.

Admission

Process was very smooth . Eligible students will get admission.there is also chance for direct admission . Friendly behaviour . Very helpful. Good seminar hall. Application form is available in college portal.

NIT Durgapur:-A wholesome Insight in the college life and it's different aspects

Placement Experience:

For campus placements student become eligible from the 7th semester onwards and for internships student get eligible from 5th semester onwards. Wide no of companies visited our campus around 180+ and made around 580+ offers to the students. The highest salary was 58LPA which was offered by DE Shaw and the highest accepted salary was 51LPA in Microsoft.The average package rolls roughly around 10-12 LPA.The profile offered include SDE roles, management roles,finance in some cases.The overall placement percentage was around 80% with Branches like electrical and metallurgy moving above 90% followed by CSE and ECE in the mid 80s while for biotech and civil the placement percentage are generally below 70.My plans after getting the degree is to land a job offer from on campus placements.Therefafter maybe look out for and MBA from top B schools of india.

placement is very good in this college many tech giants vist the campus such as google microsoft delloite apple tata steels, thhe average package is about 16 lpa highest is 80lpa approx 148 companes visted this year and total offer for cse is 157 out of 190

our college average package is 600000 per Anum and highest package is 1800000 per Anum according to recent data. and 80% of student got placed . And wipro , windows, tcs , siemens , tata like companies come to our college for placement. Core students are also got placed but many of them goes for hihger studies.

Placement Experience:

Placements depends on your skills Usually there is a compulsory internship at the end of 3rd year If you didnt get it via college you should do it from outside but its compulsory And at the end of 4th year you get placement. Placemeng isnt 100% . If you have the skill you will get placed thats the criteria.many people say you are in IIT your life is sorted .but that aint the reality

MSIT KOLKATA COLLEGE REVIEW

I got this college by counselling as per my WBJEE rank. This was the best college I got according to my rank and was very good.
