NSUT review

Well NSUT has a good name amoung various stidents and has a good placement record these were some of the main reasons to choose naut.I didn't have a great rank in advanced and so I had to choose a college through mains score and this was one of the best choices I had. Well the faculty is decent some of them are good and some bad just like most places Most of them are highly qualified though not as much as faculties in institutes like IIT's The student to teacher ratio is very high as lately intake has increased though it has not had much effect on placements but it makes studying in class a little harder

Being in first year currently I don't have much ideas but I do know quite a lot of companies come in 3rd year for internship One such company I know about is housing.com. I don't think forgein internship is offered in college but some students do get it off campus

NSUT is known for it's placement l and it has a pretty solid placement record.last year the avg package was nearly 17 lpa and median was 16 lpa For cse it was nerly 20-21 In that aspect it's quite good.The highest package this year was 60 lpa and the year before that there were a few 1 CR+ packages.I guess the highet package reduced this tear due to recession

It's quite costly as the course fees for four years are nearly 10 lacs along with high hostel fees of nearly 3 lacs Though placements are good but it's still an expensive place. There is not much assistance in the form of a scholarship as very often it's delayed and in most cases, it is never given even after applying.

It's a decent place to enjoy with friends. Although inside the campus not many activities take place but it's in a decent area in Delhi and there is a whole market outside for food and stuff and it's brilliantly connected to the metro so Delhi life is gonna be quite fun with friends. The library has a good collection of books. Moksha the fest is quite good and is held in March or April.

Hostels are good.Mostly outside Delhi students are allowed to stay in hostel.There are single rooms and double rooms in first year hostel and the mess food is just like any other mess food. DECENT....

It was through jac delhi. I gave jee mains and advanced for nsut you need a good rank in mains As I am an outside Delhi student I had a rank of 14k to get cse.My obc rank was 3k For general you need approxly a rank of 3k for outside Delhi and 10k for delhi
