Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because of the college prestige and the good academics of iitk. The professors here are very well qualified and all of them are very good mentors. In one semester there are two major exams midsems and endsems and a quiz before each. It is not very difficult to score good in these exams and get a good grade if you study just a little hard.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees is the college compared to private colleges is obviously lower but still high considering it is a government college. Although a lot of scholarships are available like MCM, inspire etc to help students based on merit and needs
Campus Life
We have a huge 1000 acres campus which has everything a student might need from food courts to sports facilities. We have 3 major fests in a year cultural fest which is Antaragni, tech fest which is techkriti and sports fest which is udghosh. There are a lot of opportunities for learning sports as they provide coaching to anyone interested. A lot of clubs exist in iitk and all of them are student run to make students responsible and smart
Admission
The entrance exam i cracked for the Indian institute of technology kanpur was obviously the very tough jee. The admission process after the seat allotment through josaa was very easy as the entire process was online. The admission process was very good and satisfactory.
