Remarks

College infrastructure is not so great as it is veey old college. But it is providing all modern facilities. I want to highlight college placements. You should prefer this college if you are eligible for this.

Entrance Preview

I have done my BE. After that i need to give GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) Exam. I cleared this exam and got the admission in the COEP according to my GATE merit marks. No interview process for this admission. I like design field hence, i choose design engineering for MTech.

Course Curriculum Overview

I think that MTech is very good course for BE completed students. It consists of various post graduation degrees like Design engineering, Heat and Power, Cad Cam and Automation, etc. All types of practicals are held in this college. Faculty as well as some students working on some researches.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, COEP provides internships too. The companies which are visited for placements also offers internships. Average stipend amount is upto Rs. 25,000/-.

Placement Experience

COEP is the topmost college for placements and it is always known for their good placements. Companies visiting are Bajaj, Renault Nissas, 3DPLM, etc. 80% Students got their placements in the campus every year. Average package is Rs. 6 LPA.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is high. Fee is Rs. 1,07,000/- per year. But students got the stipend amount for their post graduation. So, there is no need to worry about the fees and other expenses. I am getting stipend of Rs.12,000/- per month.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is very very good. COEP hostel is famous in all pune city. All COEP students as well as most of the pune citizens are known about the COEP hostel. Food is also good.

Faculty

All faculties are PhD holders. All having great experience of teaching as well as all practical things in the syllabus. But interaction and understanding level of faculties with the students is not so good because tgey are expecting much more things from the students.

Placement Experience:

Placement Experience:

Explain this in chronological order first any person need to complete degree with at least 50% above then only they will be able to sit in the placement. Placement rates are high if you have in depth knowledge about your study. Most of the times company visit Amazon and take Mahindra highest packages 1.5 lakh to 4 lakh. now after getting the degree my goal are to get job any company in Stastitical Department.
