Likes

Sports is the best thing. Other than this, Campus life and friends are the most adorable thing here
Classrooms are mostly interactive and case based which give us a real life experience
Mess here is really good. Quality of food is incomparable to the other higher education institutes

Dislikes

Academic schedule is too hectic, due to which we rarely get time to go out
The security here does not allow outstation stays after 12 am
Too many ppts and assignment work, but I guess that's MBA :)

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is absolutely fantastic and with a bunch of highly qualified faculty it becomes more fun. I personally enjoy the courses on the decision sciences and operations as it aligns with my interests. Every other week we have to face the quizzes and after 45 days the Mid terms.

Class Size: 67Course Fees: INR 975000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee hike is the only thing that I dislike and this is a concern as the burden of the loan would be for a long time on a recent passout. There are a lot of scholarship available on the campus but I did not opt for them. My Fee for the college is only Rs. 975000. I got placed at FK.

Campus Life

Manfest Varchasva, Sangram (Sports fest). IIM Lucknow also has one of the biggest libraries in the country. The classroom is digitized with the state of the art teaching facilities. Sports is the best thing about IIM L. It offers a wide range of sporting facilities. Sports Committee is one of the many student run groups in IIML

Admission

Embarking on the journey towards IIM Lucknow was both exhilirating and challenging. The gateway gateway to this esteemed college was the CAT exam, a rigorous test of aptitude and problem solving skills. Key to success was not just navigating through the exam but also aligning with the application dates. Timeliness was paramount. Despite the well structured process, there is still a space more more transperancy in the evaluation

I choosed this coarse for knowing better accounting methods It prepares me for real world handling situation like banks related problems I want to suggest there is more practical methods rather than theoretical knowledge. Placement Experience:

The place at my college is average students can sit for place from last year. some local firms come for hire and hire and give basic roles in sales human resources and operation. the averafe pay is low to moderate around 2 to 4 lakh . The high pay is around 12 lakh and all students get place so own skill and efforts is key. The college gives training like mock talk gd and cv help and more work is needed for strong job prepartion.

Placement for MBA start form the 3 semester . companies from finance marketing and HR visit campus. The highest package is good in top companies, average is moderate. Around 60-80% student get placed. after MBA student usually join jobs or go to for off campus opportunities. some student also secure jobs through off campus oppertinities and internship.

Placement Experience:

At the end of 4th semesters students will be eligible for placement Drive. University placement cell start training at the end of 2nd semester by taking Mock interview conducting mock placement Drive and many more so that when students sit in the On campus placement Drive they can grab placements according their skills and Courses. Approximately 80% students get placed in On campus placement Drive. Highest package is 18 Lpa and lowest is 2.5 Lpa. If I get my dream job I will take it otherwise I prepare for Government exams.

Comapny will visit in campus after September. And here alomst 80 to 85 company visit in this college. Likes hdfc, Dabur, icici, mother dairy, wipro, Infosys and many startup companies. And almost all student got job in campus. Last year highest package is 8.5 lacs and average package is 3.5 to 4 lacs. Here almost 90-95% student placed. IIM L student review

I applied to all the top B-schools but secured interview opportunities only from IIMA and IIMC. My top choices were IIMB and IIML (and all other top B-schools). I missed my opportunity at IIMB; I believe this was due to my interview. However, I managed to convert my next best option, IIML. I joined after taking the CAT, which is a relatively easy exam compared to JEE, NEET, and state entrance exams. I have gotten calls from IIM Indore and IIM Kozhikode apart from IIM Lucknow. I chose IIM Lucknow for it's academic rigor and also being ranked higher than the other IIMs. The eligibility is decided through the CAT exam and one-on-one interviews.
