Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course as I was from an agricultural background and wanted to pursue a master's in food and agribusiness management from a good college. The faculties here are very good and they are mainly from Manage Hyderabad, IIMs, etc.
Internships Opportunities
Various companies of Agriculture inputs, banks, food companies, and food processing companies visit for placement, and internship is availed for each and every student of the college and a stipend is up to 15K in internships.
Placement Experience
This college provides 100% placement to the students who are studying there and abiding by all the rules and regulations of the hostel and college. Various companies visits including food and agribusiness companies. The average package is 6lakhs per annum.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is affordable as in our year it was 6.5 Lakhs for academics for two years followed by hostel fee which was one lakh per year depending upon the type of room you are preferring inside the hostel. Job is 100% sure here with an Average package of 6 Lakhs per annum and during internships, a stipend of up to 15K can be expected.
Campus Life
Campus life was also good with few ups and downs. Various clubs and cells are there to conduct different fest in the college. The separate library is there for students. Gym along with some sports and games are also available for the students.
Hostel Facilities
Inside the hostel room, if you avail any room per student, you will get your table, chair, and cupboard bed along with a mattress and pillow. Rooms have separate attached washrooms for students living there. They also provide buckets, and mugs.
Admission
It conducts its own entrance test, followed by Group discussion and interview. Application fees vary from year to year. Applicants should have done their graduation. Final-year students of the college can apply for the course.
Interview Experience
Yes, first there is an Entrance test that consists of the same type of questions as in CMAT and other management entry exams questions. It is followed by group discussion and at last after getting selected from GD round one will face Interview.
