Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum is very rigorous and filled with all kinds of events and quizzes projects assignment and what not. they do feel helpful at times but also waste of time sometimes. Overall you get to learn definitely.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities are very good and ample but batch size is very large hence the cut throat competition. But it's highly biased towards commerce and bba guys and engineers especially freshers have it very hard to even get a shortlist.
Placement Experience
Placements are 100% and average package is 32 lpa officially. Students are in into internship placements as soon as they enter and later hepp in 5th term and finals in 6th term. Overall lot of companies come and it depends on students and their background mostly.
Fees and Financial Aid
Termwise it's around 3-4 lakhs per term and 3 terms per year. Caution fee of 25 K. Scholarships can be available. You can take loan from one of the banks in the college and they'll approach you themselves.
Campus Life
Campus Life is good. Lots of events and fests. There's nearly every day with an event. You won't get time and energy to attend all of the events. Library is decent. CCAs have lots of work if they are the right ones.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are decent. Meals are fine but not very good. Good items are generally paid. The process for registration is not very long. No lift. Need to change rooms or hostel after 1st year. No AC or cooler or heater but you need them for sure.
Admission
I got this college. Got rejected by IIM A and IIM C as I was gem fresher. But I feel this college is a good fit for me. I don't regret my decision. The process is smooth just need to submit a bunch of docs.
Faculty
Decent faculty to student ratio. Good engagement with the faculty. Variety of opportunities to work under them are provided like live projects,etc. exams are not very hard but your peers make it very hard
Interview Experience
Yep had to clear interview. Was a short one mostly. They asked questions related to my engineering branch. Rapid fire mostly. Others were application based questions. No gd. The criteria changes every year.
Night Life
Night life is decent. You can come at any time mostly but 12 is official. hostels have no entry times as such. Locality is mostly safe...I think I haven't faced any situation as if now. The mess is the most hotspot.
