Agriculture faculty was very longer than any other facilities.
My favourite University is bidhan Chandra krishi vishwavidyalaya.
Central library is very largest in Eastern Asia .

Dislikes

Play ground is very small ,and gerden is also small
Hostels are also short and here park is absent
Gym are also old and here teachers are too short according to students

Agriculture is the best course after higher secondary examination.Here 2 section A,B total students 154. Faculty quality is very good .Here examination process was very strict and tough.Here viva exam was occurring.

Fees and Financial Aid

Here very cheap fees structure. And scholarship also present.and here svmcm scholarship present. 18000 rupees in a year for every students. Here , after b.sc , every students was placed in private sector and government sector.

Campus Life

Annual fest - Nairith , library is very largest in west bengal at agricultural University. Here extra curricular activities is present like dance , recitation ..etc. Here social group present . Here cricket, football, badminton was playing every students.

Admission

Application form was find in bckv website, application fees 13000 per semester. Admission process was very good way and this procedure was very helpful to all students. And here admission process was offline.

I chose this subject because competition for job in this sector is not so high. It's easy to get a job after complete this course. As I say earlier semester examinations are the main examination. The examination is not so hard.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Seat limit has been decreased into a little amount.So, getting chance is more difficult .there are 3 faculties agriculture, horticulture, agriculture engineering.In agriculture faculty so many departments are there ,but seat limit is less.In total seat,80%is for domicile students of West Bengal and 20%for icar accredited university students.In that 80% 70% for university home students and 10% for rest of the domicile students.

Placement good. Many national and international companies like Adani, Syngenta, HDFC Bank, TATA, PRADAN and many more came to our university and gave a job average package of 5 LPA. 100% placement. After my graduation, I started my preparation for many government jobs like IBPS AFO, NABARD, IFFCO, ADA NSC, CWC etc

Syngenta private limited, IFFCO, PRADAN visited our university and select 63 student and give them proper placement. 8 lakhs height placement and average is 3 to 4 lakhs. Course Curriculum Overview:

The exam was divided into 3 parts I.e 1st mock (15) marks,2nd mock(15 mark) and then final (50mark) and rest 20 mark as practiCal and field work.the students who do class regularly,is easy to pass because teachers are awesome..but if anyone miss class then it's hard to understand by reading books. The guard during exam is too hard..so those students who read concentrately are passed easily .. and those who don't read whole year and only read exam night they failed..

BCKV, a place to cherish forever.

You have to secure good percentage in Higher Secondary and clear the cutoff (More than 90%) to get into UG. You have to clear cutoff of University exams to get into PG/PhD. Eligibility is 12th with P+C+B or vocational with related subjects from any board. Students can also get admission from ICAR AIEEA (UG) exam. Application forms are available on the official website of the university ( https://bckv.edu.in ) when the application portal is opened. The date varies from time to time, generally, the application starts after the result of the 12th board exam is published. Yes, there are reservations for SC ST OBC students, General EWS students also get the benefit of reservation. In each semester there is one midterm one practical evaluation and one final end term for each course in a semester. Difficulty level is moderate. A score above 95% in the board exam or crack the ICAR AIEEA UG Exam with a good depth of biology and chemistry for admission....Read More
