Got seat from jee mains paper 2 My score was 94.666 percentile. As i have reservation of sc i got 358 rank in category You can find my application on the jee website I was eligible for engineering architecture and bachelors of planning But i chose architecture

I choose this course because i was an enthusiastic of the design Designing anything Every subject has 1 professor and one assistant faculty My faculty's are phd completed Exams are 2 times a semester Midsem and end sem

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 40000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure was pretty simple Every sem we have to pay some thousands based on the income background I have applied for national scholarships but didnt get any of them And i didnt apply any other scholarships

There are annual fest like eclectic and some cultural fest like Raga There are central libraries for each and every individual course or Amenities in classrooms are available efficiently We have a good enough sport facilities in our college campus

Nit Raipur experience

Placement Experience:

The campus placement will be given for 50-60% talking about my course architecture everyone will be given job by the way guided by my faculty but architect salary would be less compared to the other courses

Placement Experience:

From 9th semester in Architecture students become eligible for campus selection . Average package of last year was 437000 for b.tech and 530000 for Mba and each department had their multipal placement. I had also applied for Gitam college in vizag and got selected but ranking of that college was low but fees was very high.

NIT Raipur - A perspective

Placement Experience:

As mentioned earlier, in Architecture department, on campus placement opportunities are lesser. But off campus opportunities are grabed by students. Few private companies like LnT, Techture, Livspace and PSUs like EIL, Mecon do offer placements Many times the huge alumni network also supports in the placement. Generally students opt of Jr Architect or interior designer role but some students also switch streams for Graphic Design, UI - UX, 3D visualiser etc. Some students opt for masters in architecture, planning, design or management also. They go for entrance exams like GATE, CEED, CAT etc

Through my experience

Remarks:

One thing I would like to mention is about the location of the college it is almost 35km from the city which take almost one hour to come. The hostel is within the campus and for the hosteler campus have tuck shop, cafe and canteen.

Remarks:

Its a foundation university so it will take time to improve but the facilities we are getting here are not at satisfaction level but quiet enough as collage is doing a lot to provide us facilities. rules and regulations are strict so management is also very good in all aspects.

Life At Nit Raipur

If I talk about other colleges then I also give viteee and I'm getting vit easily as per my rank but the tag I want is from nit so I choose this over vit.After getting nit Raipur in jossa or csab you have to report physically on the day they called u and verify your documents. You have to pass jee main fir getting nit .For girls u can get mining branch in 94+ % and for boys it is 96+%....Read More

How is nit raipur

The admission process in the college is through jee mains rank . Nit raipur is one of the oldest college and have very good infrastructure. The placement in metallurgy branch is median 8lpa+ average is around 10 lpa and highest package vary because for tech companies is 40+ and for core companies around 20lpa .
