- The hostel shortage is the problem , i belongs to CG and i do not got the Hostels
- The our door sports facilities are worst .
Course Curriculum Overview
Honestly ,i don't know too much about real world application ,as i'm in the first year. But There are core subjects in our course like micro biology etc. Student get ready for MTech exam ( GATE) for there admission in IITs. Teacher can teach by themselve instead of Pdf of Presentation . There should be gap in the exams of End semester . They schedule exams continuous.
Placement Experience
The placement in our college is good as it provide an average package of Around 9-10 LPA(Lakh Per Annuam) but it is for higher branch ,our branch student does not that much placement . The last year 's Highest Package offered was 57 LPA . Many companies visits our college like amazon , microsoft , tcs , Bharat pay , Phonepay . I will do Mtech After My Btech .
Fees and Financial Aid
The total yearly fees of our college is about 1 Lakh And 70 thousand for First year and 140000 for Rest of the years. The tution fee is 62k INR per semester . And 8 thousand for other fees like development fees , Examination fees , Lab Fees , Library Fees etc. Other category students (St/Sc)only have to pay 8000 INR per semester .as their Tution fees is Wavier. I may get Nsp or CG Post matric.
Campus Life
As An Girl i have to leave about 6 PM the college till 6 PM ,my college experience is awesome . There are many functions in our college Recently we have enjoyed Shruti '2026 An music fest Organised By Raaga( An Mysic Club of our college). There are many book in our library for every branch . There are projector in some class , i think in almost every class . There are few clubs called Motosports , Innovation cell , Raaga , Nrityam .
Admission
Honestly As A Girl , My Parents did'nt Allowed me to Leave my state . Which is very disappointment for me but it is okay They care about me ,so that nothing happen to me. I was getting NIT Silchar .but it is in north east very far from my hometown . I got admission on the basis of JEE Mains Rank. The cutoff the for general was around 93 percentile , obc 82 , Sc 61 and ST 48 ..
Faculty
There are many faculty members in our class who are very friendly with us . My fav is Mukul sir , our ex mathematics Faculty who belongs from CG. He teach us very nice. Our Bio science Lab mam is Little rude to us , Dr. Vedika Dhiman Ma'am . There are 2 exams every semester , Mid semester exam and End semester ,the mid sem is of 30 marks and end sem of 50 marks. 20 marks is for TA ( Teacher's Assesment ).
Night Life
I don't know too much about night life . But evening life is very nice with my friends. We all get together to Our CG(Central Garden). Or spend our time by having Tea in the Cafeteria . There is one canteen It's name is Vihaan . An place which i liked the most is Marine Drive which is near Our College. The last timing of the hostel is about 9 PM . Boys spend time in gym for there Workout. And girls play badminton in the sports complex.
