Course Curriculum Overview

I choose engneering physics because i was intrested in maths and physics in intermediate 1st and 2nd year. faculty:student ratio in iith is 1:15 which is very well compared to other institutes, and each student will be allocated to a faculty as mentor . every faculty are well qualified. faculty teaching methods are good. we have almost all the books in library. term exams are not that difficult .

Internships Opportunities

we can do internships with many other iit's like iit guwati ,bombay ,madras... not only iits but many other companys like google, microsoft, etc. altough you will get many opportunites in wassup groups you can go for internship in your intrested topic

Placement Experience

from sem 5 or 6 we are elegible to campus placements . there are so many companys like microsoft, google, amazon, facebook, tata moters, paytm, l&t, abode.. etc average package is aound 60 to 25 lacks per annum...

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fee is 2 lakhs. even tough the fees are high, the scholarships are good. we can apply for Teaching Assistants after completion after the 1st year. we can do off-campus scholarships with the help of our seniors, which will also help in our placements .

Campus Life

campus life at iits are the best. there are so many clubs like milan, sunshine, elan and vision, electronica ...etc... There are 3 clubs only for coading(labda, wed dev,kludge).seniors are frendly and helping.

Hostel Facilities

first year double sharing rooms are compulsary , from 2nd year single sharing rooms . mess food is good and nice quality, registration process is smooth for mess and hostel. iith is in outskerts so finding a room near iith is petty tough and hostel is compulsary for BTECH

Hostel Fee: INR 60000 per year

Admission

To get into any IIT's we need to clear JEE MAINS and JEE ADVANCE exams. (one should clear jee mains and get a decent rank in JEE ADV to get your requried course at iit), after that josaa counciling you will get a seat in iit's. overall the counciling process will be smoth. once you will got a seat in iith seniors will help you .

Decent college with good facilities

Placement Experience:

From 4th year 1st semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. About 10-15 companies visited our college with minimum 3 lpa. And only 30% of students are placed in the campus placement. Companies like virtuza, movate, cognizant, hcl visited our campus for placement. The highest package was 4.5 lpa and lowest was 2.8 . My plans after getting degree is work in a reputed mnc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course curriculum of our college runs under the guidance of JNTU where all the fundamentals such as DSA ,program,data base and CN also core math are given in this college divides the conceptual,lessons in 5 units .for each unit we have submit assignment unit test and also an ALP which is concentrated on learning ,mechanisam which help student revise the concept in class itself.In terms of real world the curriculum builds the theoritical, knowledge but somewhat limited exposure where students should have get internships for an industry level experience or else atleast a entry level jobs help the students to learn as well.Area of improvement include more hands- on project works and more interactive teaching methods Like case studies and problem ,based, learning. Exams are regularly for 2 mid term for semester and one end semester exam.the difficulty level is moderate and manageable with consistent and study and focusing more on understanding concepts rather than rote learning

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am very Passionate about Computer Science. So I joined Information Technology which is the same as CSE. Information technology mostly offers the same opportunities as CSE in VNRVJIET. So, I preferred IT in VNRVJIET. In VNRVJIET, Hyderabad faculty: student ratio is approx 1:40 which is considered as Average ratio. Most of the Faculty are PHD Graduates but there are less number of Professors. Mostly there are Assistant Professors whose Teaching Methodology is average to Good but not rated as Better in terms of Teaching. Professors are good at Teaching but Some Assistant Professors are not as good as we expected. There are mostly newly joined PHD faculty members were there who will teach in a slow manner. Every 5-6 months we have Semester Exams which are mostly easy to pass if we have somewhat knowledge of the subject.

A COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW OF IITHYDERABAD

I appiled for vit and emcept but main goal to join iit, no i dint get rejection in any colleges i got admission in every college but i didnt choose because of my dream college. In iits we get very good and merit people and we get more free time and time to study ourself and learn things by ourself. We have a lot fests at least for a month we enjoy a lot and we have a lot of resouces to get knowledge and good faculity. The only one eligiblity for our college is to write jee advancee and mains . First for mains more than 14 lakhs people write and in that 14 lakhs 2to 3 lakh people slected for advance. And 23 k people will select fot advance the cutoff will be like we should get 95% above for mains but we dont know for advance they change for every year.
