Course Curriculum Overview
I opted for Sanskrit hons. As I am a sanskrit enthusiast. The Faculty in my college is fantastic and knowledgeable. The ratio of student and faculty is 1:1 in my class and if seen for all UG students of Sanskrit hons. It is 5:1 (student:teacher)
Internships Opportunities
Internship is also available at st Stephen's to eligible students generally from second year onwards. Average stipend for internship is around 20 thousand and highest was 1 lacs and above. Internships is quite satisfactory at St Stephen's.
Placement Experience
Campus placement is provided at St Stephen's to the third year students . Average placement is around 8 lacs and scope of employment after sanskrit hons is in civil services and teaching profession and many more.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee structure for Sanskrit hons at st Stephen's is around 23 thousand and comparitively it is higher to many south and and off campus colleges. Scholarship is generally provided to financially weaker sections .
Campus Life
College life at St Stephen's is very good because of active clubs and societies. Infrastructure is also very good with fully air conditioned classes and best in class sports facilities and hostel facility is also very good.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel infrastructure is very good with three times meal a day and better in taste as compared to other college's hostel. Rates are also nominal as compared to other hostel fees . It provide 24/7 security nd wifi.
Admission
I took CUET UG entrance test. The cutoff was high for Sanskrit hons in St. Stephen's College as there were only 3 seats for general students. However I managed to get admission as my CUET score was 748/500 for Sanskrit hons. All the forms and info were available on the Website for CUET.
