Course Curriculum Overview

I didn't get nit or iit so this was my only option. A batch of 90 student has 1 teacher per subject. All faculty are iitian or nitian. Teachers are average. Exams were a little above average but not that tough.

Class Size: 90Course Fees: INR 350000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Data analysis and things related to that is offered mainly. Free lancing gets an internship with a good stipend. Not many students get the internship it is difficult here to get them. You have to be 1 in 500 to get in on campus.

Placement Experience

From 3rd year students are eligible for placements. Faang visits but they offer less. Mass recruiting companies come more often. Highest is 52 lakh pa and average is 6.5 lpa. 50% get the offers. My plan is taking a placement after study.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is very high for a middle class student. I am 2nd year student . I don't have any job or stipend. Fees could be less and the hostel fees. It is quite unnecessary just to build infrastructure and keep on increasing our fees.

Campus Life

Normal college life. Great social life. There are numerous societies which gives exposure . Infrastructure is the best . The architecture of all buildings are great enough to energise you. You can enjoy. Kiit fest organized every year in February.

Hostel Facilities

Bucket mug blanket bedsheets mattress almirah and study table with a chair. Meal is everage here.hostel fees is 28000 per semester for non ac 3 bed. This is the lowest. The locality is comfortable with mostly same year hostel living students

Hostel Fee: INR 56000 per year

Admission

Exam was online. Free application form. Proctored mode exam. Site could be better. Always a camera facing to during exam. No navigation possible. No reservation benefits. Site could be improved it was not compatible.

A well rounded campus life with industry oriented growth in college

Placement Experience:

placement at cv raman global university are good especially for cse/it . student becomes eligible from the 7th semester and compinies like TCS, infosys, wipro,capgemini, cognizant and ibm visit regularly. the highest package is around 15 lpa and average package about 4 to 5 lpa . aroud 80 to 90 % of cse/it student get placed. while non core branch recive fewer core offer but still get it/services opportunities. after my degree, i pland to start my carrier to higher studies for making me as a proffersor.

My Campus Life

Placement Experience:

After your 7th semi you will be eligible for campus placements Several reputed companies such as infosys,Wipro etc have visited our campus around my graduation time. The highest package offered was 6 LPA by infosys for the role of Data analyst while the average package stood at around 2.5 LPA to 3.2LPA . Approximately 60% or 6.5 CGPA secured students will be eligible for placements through campus drives. After obtaining my degree, I plan to Pursue higher studies like Mtech in a IIT'S or Niit hence i prepared for Gate 2 yrs .But meanwhile i was preparing for to get a job to take the responsibility of family so i started my carrer a a software developer.

The course is relevant enough to teach you all the basics you would require in engineering though some of the courses can be changed and in place of those new courses can be addded for example for non physics student teaching them quantum mechanincs and that too the old quantum mechanics doesent seem to make sense . KIIT has lost it's eminence and it's fame for quality education and good placement records

Placement Experience:

Placement record is not so good.. companies like Microsoft and Google have blacklisted KIIT due to poor performance and mismanagement by the KIIT in providing with the right candidates. KIIT shortlists students in basis of multiple tests taken on platforms like AMCAT and on that basics provides the profiles of best performing candidates to the companies invited for campus hirings regardless of the field and job specifications and requirements, so basically KIIT has a very below average performance Training and Placement Cell as they lack decision making and management skills to segregate candidates for hirings according to their skills and not by their general scores and CGPA. NOTE: Companies have shown least interest in KIIT for last 2 years and the poor performance of previous batches and mismanagement by KIIT authorities. KIIT promises 100% placements but that is actually far from reality.
