Library is very nice place to study and learn
Some of the faculty members are very nice in teaching
Sports room is good enough to play indoor games

Dislikes

Campus of our college is small and no ground for playing
Some of the faculty members are not good in teaching
Auditorium is so so so very small and dancing teacher don't come to teach any dance

Course Curriculum Overview

Currently pursuing an electronics and telecommunication degree at G H Raisoni Institute Nagpur I chose this because of a fascination with technology and a desire to understand how electronic devices work.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 160000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

It depends on category-wise for SC and minority categories it is below 10k and for OBC it is 50-60k and for general it is approx 1.5 lakh. I am using the benefit of a scholarship which is freeship. currently pursuing

Campus Life

Antaragini is one of the events that is a cultural event. Sessional forum events take place 80% of every branch's books are available Sports and extracurricular activities are also held NSS is the social group run by students of our college

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. We can get addmission in GHRCE nagpur by after taking JEE AND MHTCET exam. The cuttoff of each branch is different for civil 75% is required. GHRCE nagpur have it's own site from where we can know about all the addmission procedure also the details of reservation is provided on site. I found the addmission process very easy and simple.
