An overview of academic studies and curriculum structure of GHRCE nagpur

I am pursuing B.Tech in civil engineering till now in 4yr. , I am very thankful to college for providing the curriculum which is very helpful for professional development we are suppose to go for two weeks NGO intership, Four week's industrial intership and finally 6 month major intership. I know civil engineers are the one who are majorly responsible for transformation of society for overall development in each and every sector and I genuinely want to contribute for the sake of society and country. Student to faculty ratio of our college differ branch to branch as per no. Of students. In general the ratio is 30:1. The faculty member are highly skilled and professional they are always ready to help us. Most of them are Doctorate and some of them are masters holder. exam is conducted in every one and half month final semester exam is called end semester exam.

The company like TCE provide intership as graduate engineer trainee similrly for my civil engineering group intership is provided for site supervisor, excaution of pipe line , civil work , RCC construction ,etc.

Students become eligible to seat in placement cell once they are in fourth yr. There are lots of company like Accenture, TCS, Cognizant, Mahendra, Ambuja, Adani , JSW, etc. The highest package was 18LPA . Average package was 4.5 to 6 LPA . last yr. Placement % was about 75 to 80%.

The full fees structure when I joined in 2020 was 160000 but now it is hiked upto 185000. There are various scholarships on the basis of cast reservation and your annual income of the family the Scholarship and freeships are provided.

The campus life is till now I found very interesting I got new friends there lots of clubs in our college like TOSTMASTER,SRC ,NSS, etc. Antaragini is Annual fest generally conducted on month of February , Smart India Hackathon (SIH), are some major event . The facility of books is very good we can borrow books from Library very easily . There are lots of sports and extra curricular activities also conducted like chess, cricket, table tennis competition, etc. One of the social group run by the students is student representative council.

We can get addmission in GHRCE nagpur by after taking JEE AND MHTCET exam. The cuttoff of each branch is different for civil 75% is required. GHRCE nagpur have it's own site from where we can know about all the addmission procedure also the details of reservation is provided on site. I found the addmission process very easy and simple. The reservation benifits are given on the basis of caste and annual income of the family I got TFWS type of reservation.
