Course Curriculum Overview

Some of the faculty members of the IT department are really good but few are not. I chose the IT course because of its huge demand in the industries. You have to face two CAE exams and one end-semester exam each semester.

Internships Opportunities

In the final year 1 month of internship + 2 weeks of NGO internship + 6 months of technical internship is compulsory for you to do as an IT, CSE, or AI department student. And the company in which you get placed offers you the internship.

Placement Experience

In our college near about 100 companies visit GHRCE Nagpur for Campus recruitment including top MNCs like cognizant, Capgemini, Accenture, IBM, LNT, KP IT, and many more, and offers an average package of 4.5LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee of BTech is 160000 for open and it varies according to the categories of students as they can take advantage of scholarships if applicable. But you can avail scholarship only if you took admission by qualifying through the cap round.

There are several clubs in our college including some department forums, like NSS, BITS forum of IT, JARVIS of AI Phoenix of Mechanical, and many more. The college's annual festival is named ANTARAGINI.

Admission

There are two ways to get admission in GH Raisani College of Engineering Nagpur, one is by Cap round and the other is through Management quota. The students who go through the cap round become eligible for scholarships.

Sem 6 is considered preferable for the college placement many students starts getting placed from that, many companies like wipro, mahindra & mahindra, tcs, capgemini, etc. visits each year to the college each and every students gets atleast a offer to them few also gets more than one like 2 to utmost 3 also,750+ students got offered at the final year of 2023 if we include internship offer than it goes more than 1200, in campus highest package was 12lacs off campus was 62lacs, (85%)+ of the students gets placed each year in the college. After i get degree i would try for college placements and would also focus parallely for the off campus placements too, and ofc wherever i will get the highest placement i would go for it.

We can get addmission in GHRCE nagpur by after taking JEE AND MHTCET exam. The cuttoff of each branch is different for civil 75% is required.
