The exam pattern is not too hard and not too easy.
Faculty is very nice and friendly and helps us.

Dislikes

The actual campus of the college is not too big
There should be more places where students can sit and relax
Some labs need and upgrade in its system

Course Curriculum Overview

This course mainly provides all the aspects of Computer Science and brief about all branches related to it. The faculty provided are very friendly. The faculty are well qualified to teach the courses. The end-semester exams are nicely timed and are not too hard to pass.

Class Size: 62Course Fees: INR 140000 per year

Placement Experience

Students are eligible for campus selection from the 6th semester. The company's visits are, Infosys, Capgemini, Accenture, Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra, etc Highest Package: 12L 70-80% of students get packages during the Recession.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is quite simple, during the admission of the student one can pay the fees fully or can pay the fees in two halves, the first half during admission and the second half before the sessional exams.

Campus Life

The Annual Fest, ie, Antaragini occurs in February and the tech fest Technorian occurs in October. The library is actually one of the best places on the campus, as the campus is not actually that big, a library like this actually helps and lot.

Apply for engineering admission on the official website and check for Form filling and CAP round dates and apply for them too. There will be mainly 3 CAP rounds select your college and branch preferences in each of them according to the dates provided.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. We can get addmission in GHRCE nagpur by after taking JEE AND MHTCET exam. The cuttoff of each branch is different for civil 75% is required. GHRCE nagpur have it's own site from where we can know about all the addmission procedure also the details of reservation is provided on site. I found the addmission process very easy and simple.
