Course Curriculum Overview

I chose it because it has scope in the near future. The faculty is very experienced. Mostly has done PhD in the respective field. The faculty is very easygoing and friendly. The teaching pattern is good and subjects are also according to industrial requirements.

Class Size: 66Course Fees: INR 170210 per year

Internships Opportunities

Companies visit the college for internships. The average stipend offered is 10000. The internship is offered for 6 months or 1 year or a full-time job is also offered. Based on internship performance, a full-time job can also be offered.

Placement Experience

Placement for CS/it students is pretty good. Many mass hiring companies visit the college. Students become eligible for campus placement from the 7th semester. The average package is 400000. Around 70-80 percent of students get placed

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee of our college is 170210 for each course. You can also avail of scholarships like ebc, obc, sc, st, vjnt, sbc, etc. Many companies visit for internships and full time and they hire students in bulk.

Campus Life

The college campus is decent. Every year our college organises an annual fest named Antaragini which is enjoyed by the students. The library is big enough with lots of course books available for students every year.

Admission

The admission process was easy. For admission, the students must pass their 12th and should take entrance exams like mht-cet or jee mains. For admission in information technology, the minimum cutoff goes off to the 88 percentile.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. We can get addmission in GHRCE nagpur by after taking JEE AND MHTCET exam. The cuttoff of each branch is different for civil 75% is required. GHRCE nagpur have it's own site from where we can know about all the addmission procedure also the details of reservation is provided on site. I found the addmission process very easy and simple.
