Likes

Cultural activities like dancing singings.
Various hackathons are organized in college which helps us in good learning and certification.
The teaching is also good in college and various responsibilities like roles of in charges are provided here.

Dislikes

The campus is too small so it is difficult for us to manage sometimes.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is smooth. But there are lots of practicals and the timing is too high. As we know it is engineering, then it is mandatory to have practicals. But the timing should be reduced and the faculties here are so much cooperating. And they pay a lot of attention to the students. All the topics are revised in a good way in our classes and the exams are Always on time and it is not that difficult to pass. Exams are easy to pass as the faculty teaches them in a good way.

Class Size: 76Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement here is good as various companies visit here. The placements are offered in a huge variety but if anyone hasn't got any kind of placement, Then they can try off campus. Eighty to ninety percent of students are placed in my plan after the degree is to get placed in a good company.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is not that much high and it is easier to pay. The scholarships are also provided in college. The fees can also be paid in installments so it's not that much difficult to pay the fees. Various seniors got a good stipend by campus election.

Campus Life

There are lots of cultural and sports events which are happening in our college, and our college is mostly famous for all the events which are managed here. Every week there is an event in a different department in which every student of every department can participate.

Admission

I appeared for the entrance MHTCET due to which I got the college. When the result came, I was selected for the college, and after that, I filled out the form and cut-off was so high but I was able to cross it and the admission process was not that difficult. I filled out the admission form and then, After verifying the center And submitting the offline documents. The admission was confirmed and after submitting the fees I got the ID card and letter to join.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. We can get addmission in GHRCE nagpur by after taking JEE AND MHTCET exam. The cuttoff of each branch is different for civil 75% is required. GHRCE nagpur have it's own site from where we can know about all the addmission procedure also the details of reservation is provided on site. I found the addmission process very easy and simple.
