I liked the environment of campus as everyone is friendly.
The faculty was helpful and friendly and are good at their work.
The facilities provided and opportunities given are appreciated.

Dislikes

Placements can be improved as it is the main focus of students.
Average package can be improved as eveyone have high hopes.
The campus can be expanded as there are no space for outdoor sports.

Course Curriculum Overview

This course was trendy and as the world is moving forward towards AI, it captivated me to choose this course. The faculty members are helpful and well-qualified. Teaching methods are also good. The exams happen in a very disciplined manner and are quite difficult.

Internships Opportunities

Various companies such as Persistent, Infosys, and TCS are interested here so you just need to have skills opportunities present. Faculties also give info about various opportunities and thus are helpful.

Placement Experience

The placement ratio can be increased but overall it is good. The highest package is not yet disclosed but the average package may be 500000 PA. Most of the students get placed so it's quite good. I'm not sure about my plans after getting the degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual fee is 160000. The fee structure here is followed as per government rules about the caste and reservation quotas are also available. For various backward castes, different scholarships are available. The placement ratio can be better.

Campus Life

Life on campus is fun and interesting. There are various clubs as per department and also a main students club named src. The atmosphere of the library is quite perfect for studies. Also, a large number of books are also available And are well maintained. Classrooms are also bright with comfortable seating arrangements. The labs are filled with the best quality computers and internet connection. Not just studies but the college also balances the fun and sports ratio as cultural activities are held on every occasion including various sports activities. The college also focuses on social work and has an NSS club.

Admission

The admission process was smooth. I attempted mht-cet and got 85 percentile so selected through the CAP round for the specific course. The details of mht-cet are on their website and for college you can visit in person and get the details although you can also ask queries through the phone number mentioned on the college website.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

placements start in 7th - 8th semester . Companies like wipro cisco and TCs etc visit. Average package is 4-5 LPA , and highest I could say 9 to 10 LPA .. my plans would be- if not got high paying job on campus I will try off campus too..

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. We can get addmission in GHRCE nagpur by after taking JEE AND MHTCET exam. The cuttoff of each branch is different for civil 75% is required. GHRCE nagpur have it's own site from where we can know about all the addmission procedure also the details of reservation is provided on site. I found the addmission process very easy and simple.
