Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is good as the subjects are useful and according to the latest technology and languages used. The faculty members are so good and experienced. The quality of the teaching method is nice. Two term exams and one end-semester are conducted each semester.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 175000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internships are provided in the college. You can avail of 6-month internship or a one-year internship with a good amount of stipend, college also provides internship plus placement opportunities for students which I like the most.

Placement Experience

The placements are so good as many MNCs companies come here every year. The placement record is good, the average package offered is 450000 rs. Most students get placed. The company come for student when students are in the 7th semester.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for BTech CS/ IT is 175000 rs. You can avail of scholarships as many scholarship schemes are available for obc, SC, ST, and even tfws scheme is available. The campus provides good placement and internship opportunities.

Campus Life

campus life is so good and enjoyable. The college organizes many fests and events in our college which are very good and memorable. Sports and many other events are also conducted. There are many clubs run by the students such as NSS, NCC, and Rotaract club.

Admission

The candidate must have passed HSC or equivalent exam in physics and maths. The candidate must have given mhcet entrance exam. The cutoff changes every year but this year's cutoff for CS/IT was above 90 percentile.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. We can get addmission in GHRCE nagpur by after taking JEE AND MHTCET exam. The cuttoff of each branch is different for civil 75% is required. GHRCE nagpur have it's own site from where we can know about all the addmission procedure also the details of reservation is provided on site. I found the addmission process very easy and simple.
