Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is quite relevant to today's industry and some of the faculty members are supportive enough to students but give a bit more assignments. The student-faculty ratio is ample enough for good learning. Teachers are qualified from foreign institutes and iits. The exams are quite easy to pass.

Internships Opportunities

The internship opportunities are good enough to students with high cgpa nearly 9 pointers and to students with good projects relevant to the job role to their name. Companies like Delloite high radius offer role such as software developer, data handling roles.

Placement Experience

The placement is good enough for a private college. The students are eligible for placements from the 7th semester. The highest package till now is 54 lakh and the average package for CSE is 8 lakhs. There is 100 percent placement for eligible students.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is a bit high but there are scholarships for students who perform well in the entrance exam kiitee for the top 1 percentile of students. There is a fee hike of approx 5 percent this year. There is plenty of job offer on campus from companies like tcs Deloitte offering software developer roles.

Campus Life

The campus life is good enough for students to enjoy some high-level fests such as kiit fest where top celebrities singers and DJs are invited to perform in the events. The classrooms are built with modern infrastructure. There are many extracurricular activities such as clubs of dance clubs singing clubs, krs (kiit robotic societies), and many sports facilities available with big grounds and capable equipment.

Admission

The admission process is quite convenient. For admission first, you must fill out the application form on kiit website and then qualify for the exam kiitee. The applicant can get admission to CS by achieving the 75 percentile as it was online till now.

A well rounded campus life with industry oriented growth in college

Placement Experience:

placement at cv raman global university are good especially for cse/it . student becomes eligible from the 7th semester and compinies like TCS, infosys, wipro,capgemini, cognizant and ibm visit regularly. the highest package is around 15 lpa and average package about 4 to 5 lpa . aroud 80 to 90 % of cse/it student get placed. while non core branch recive fewer core offer but still get it/services opportunities. after my degree, i pland to start my carrier to higher studies for making me as a proffersor.

My Campus Life

Placement Experience:

After your 7th semi you will be eligible for campus placements Several reputed companies such as infosys,Wipro etc have visited our campus around my graduation time. The highest package offered was 6 LPA by infosys for the role of Data analyst while the average package stood at around 2.5 LPA to 3.2LPA . Approximately 60% or 6.5 CGPA secured students will be eligible for placements through campus drives. After obtaining my degree, I plan to Pursue higher studies like Mtech in a IIT'S or Niit hence i prepared for Gate 2 yrs .But meanwhile i was preparing for to get a job to take the responsibility of family so i started my carrer a a software developer.

The course is relevant enough to teach you all the basics you would require in engineering though some of the courses can be changed and in place of those new courses can be addded for example for non physics student teaching them quantum mechanincs and that too the old quantum mechanics doesent seem to make sense . KIIT has lost it's eminence and it's fame for quality education and good placement records

Placement Experience:

Placement record is not so good.. companies like Microsoft and Google have blacklisted KIIT due to poor performance and mismanagement by the KIIT in providing with the right candidates. KIIT shortlists students in basis of multiple tests taken on platforms like AMCAT and on that basics provides the profiles of best performing candidates to the companies invited for campus hirings regardless of the field and job specifications and requirements, so basically KIIT has a very below average performance Training and Placement Cell as they lack decision making and management skills to segregate candidates for hirings according to their skills and not by their general scores and CGPA. NOTE: Companies have shown least interest in KIIT for last 2 years and the poor performance of previous batches and mismanagement by KIIT authorities. KIIT promises 100% placements but that is actually far from reality.
