Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course cause i think i have intrest in Programming and web devlopment . There are only one Division in my specific Branch there are 70 students in my classroom and there are 5 Teachers for each 5 Subjects Faculty : student ratio is 5:70. Sorry but i dont know about there qualification but there teaching method is very good they are supportive . Term exams were Interval of 3 Months they are quite challenging to pass

Internships Opportunities

The Companies come in the college are TATA , Mircrosoft , Google , Amazon etc but i study in 2nd year i dont have enough knowledge about the college placement , i cant say anything on that but It is good nice.

From the 6 Semester Students are Eligible for Campus Placements. I dont Know about that cause i study in 2nd year. Highest Package is 9lakhs per year and Lowest Package is 4lakhs per year. almost 70% students get placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees of the college is 75000/- but with the help of Reservation benifits it varies with the catergories . Cost of Study in college is less . There was scholorship which student get is MAHADBT Scholorship ,where they just need to fill there form they will get Benifits in the college fees.

Campus Life

Annual fest are Freshers Party ,Tech fest such as TECHNOBASH was conducted in our college in month APR-MAY. There are variety of book available in the library and almost all type of Jornals are available. There are Smart Board in every Classroom. Inter College Sports Matches are happen in College.

Admission

Eligibility of the course is you need to score 70%+ in 12th in PCM group You can find application form online , application fees in college , If you have Reservation you will get benifit in college fees . No the Admission process is very easy.

Interview Experience

Yes i have done a group dissertation for the admission in clg with my friends, i have discussed abouth the placement that college offers , this college is good but its not for the placement, teaching staff is also nice and supportive

placements start in 7th - 8th semester . Companies like wipro cisco and TCs etc visit. Average package is 4-5 LPA , and highest I could say 9 to 10 LPA .. my plans would be- if not got high paying job on campus I will try off campus too..

Placement Experience:

In my college students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester and every year many companies come for hiring. Recently companies like TCS Accenture Cognizant Hitachi JSW Group Philips Axis Bank and some startups also visited so we get both IT and core chances. As per the latest data the highest package was around 24 LPA and the average stays around 6 to 6.5 LPA for most students and the lowest offers start from 3.5 LPA so it depends a lot on the role and company. Many students get placed but it mostly depends on skills performance and branch so it is not guaranteed for everyone. I feel the college gives decent chances but we also have to do our own preparation because competition is high. If I dont get placement from campus then I will try off campus also because there are many openings outside specially in IT. Overall placements are good for this level college and since companies keep coming for drives students who prepare properly usually get at least one offer.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. Practical v/s theoretical balance: Labs, workshops and real world projects are a core part of the structure, especially in engineering, design, and science programs. My experience of iiit pune

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements once they enter 3rd year of college. Some notable companies that visit the campus is nomura, walmart, amazon, nvidia and they take 5-6 candidates each while nomura takes 15-16 per year. The highest on campus is 43 lakhs while off campus is around 1.4cr. average package is 14-15 lpa mostly for swe roles. Percentage student getting placed is 50% oncampus and if we add off campus the number goes to 80%. I plan to work in the industry for 2-3 years and then try to go for masters.
