Likes

The campus is beautiful and filled with greenery all around.
There are many number of clubs in which students can enroll.
The programming culture here in our college is outstanding.

Dislikes

The mess food is not the best and there is no denying in that.
The curriculum is quite hard from the 2nd year.
Number of classes from second year is increasing.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is just as common as that of other engineering colleges. The first year we had all the core engineering courses and from the second year, we're having computer science courses only. The faculty is good and very supportive.

Internships Opportunities

There are multiple companies coming here for internships from the commencement of the third year. Students are getting good internship opportunities here and the number of companies visiting here seems to be increasing.

Placement Experience

The placement in our college is good too and students get eligible for placement from the third or fourth year. There are around 100% of placements in our college and the average package is around twenty-five lpa.

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost to study here is around eighty-five thousand rupees per semester for general, obc, and general ews students. There are multiple scholarships for students here. The mess fee is around fifteen thousand rupees.

Campus Life

There are multiple clubs here. The infrastructure is as good as it gets and the life at campus is no different. There are multiple sports clubs, cultural clubs, and programming clubs. There are a few fests too which happen around the month of November or December.

Hostel Facilities

The hostels are in good condition and the staff at the hostel are really good at what they do. The quality of food at the mess is good and affordable. There are multiple canteens too in our campus and each hostel is facilitated with one canteen.

Hostel Fee: INR 25000 per year

Admission

The admission process was simple and smooth. I gave Jee mains 2022 and secured a common rank of around 13 thousand. Then I participated in josaa counseling through which I got this college allowed which is IIITDMJ.

Average placements, Good infrastructure and Good placements

Placement Experience:

I think for 7th and 8th semister students are eligible for the campus placements. The companies like tcs, Amazon, Capgemini, D mart and etc and some other companies. The highest package is about 8 lacs and the lowest package around 2 lacs. The good number of students are placed in the college and like 20 to 40 percentage students have placed in college placements. After getting this degree I will try for a job or I will go for master's.

Life at OIST, Bhopal

Placement Experience:

In our college, placements take place in the final year of the course. By 7th semester, students are eligible to sit for placements. The placement opportunities are quite decent, an average package consists of 5 - 6 LPA every year. Several companies visit our campus like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, Cisco, etc. Now, startups also started to visit for placements. Highest package has been 72 LPA, and every year in off campus as well, many students achieve high package like 8 - 12 LPA. Nearly 70% of students gets placed, also some students has other plans for their future. About me, I think of going for placements in my final year for which I have started preparation.

Excellent college and unbeatable placement

Placement Experience:

After 10th semester the student are available for campus placement Cap Gemini kpit Amazon apple and Google and many other companies are visited in my call is the average package of my college is 6 lakh and the highest package of my colleges 50 lakh about 17% students are getting of placement plan in the student a job is in the Google company average salary from reviews include that the average salary can be low despite Google placement are management of few reviews point out that the management is not always a student focused and from spectrum of the colleges operations could be improved college provider placement as compared to other colleges but college management are not good our very helpful for our students our colleges are very good and and facilities of placement but our colleges are not available in pure water in and drink not available in not available drinking water

College placement are good as compared to other colleges because in recession time only tit college provides placement for our students so college placement are better but if you are hardworking man or women so your package is better so if you take good package so start hardwork or discipline in college academic. This college average package is also better than other colleges like lnct, oriental because this college average package is something 4 to 5lpa and highest package is something 50 lpa. Placement Experience:

My journey through Engineering and Campus Life

Placement Experience:

The placements are good and offer strong opportunities for both full time roles and internships. Students are eligible for placements from 2nd year. Most companies approach from 3rd year. Many reputed companies visit the campus for placements, inluding D.E Shaw, Goldmann Sachs, Flipkart, Meesho, Accenture. Many people are placed from college from cse, ece from other branches its quite less. Overall the placement ecosystem is highly supportive and prepares students for their professional careers.

Life as a Student of IIITDM Jabalpur

I wanted a National college which should be government, according to my rank in JEE Mains I was getting other Nits and iiits and also some state government colleges but i preferred this because it is in my home city jabalpur No i didn't got any rejections i applied to because this college was my fiest priority and according to my interest. According to your JEE mains rank when you are selected in this college by Jossa/Csab counselling Online physical reporting is done first then within 10-15 days you have to physically report to the college, after it you are alloted your respective hostel to live and from next week classes get started My overall admission experience was really very good, it was my dream college You have to achieve rank under 1.5 lakhs to get admission here if you are from obc category For general category you have to achieve rank under 70000 to come here For sc/st candidates you have to achieve rank under 2 lakhs to come to this college as per previous year cutoff...Read More
