Campus Rules that students not go outside the campus after 8:30 PM without the permission
Too much big campus legs are painful to walk
Not as much attendance 75 percentage is not good :(

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum for MCA at the National Institute of technology is Structured, Covering Core computer Topics such as programming, Data structure and Algorithms, and AI machine learning and more faculty are very highly qualified most of the faculty have Ph.D. degrees in their respective Field, overwall it's not that much tough to get admission in nit Kurukshetra and qualify for NIMCET exam.

There are various companies are coming for placement like AMDOCS, Aryaka Networks, and GenPect in our MCA department with a Base salary of 10 LPA and more, Projects outcomes are very best because there are various Ph. Ds scholars they can help them out for the project.

Placement Experience

Placement is also good at the National institute of Technology Kurukshetra, in our own department that is Department of Computer Applications the median package is 10+ LPA so it's basically okay for the students.

Fees and Financial Aid

Basically in the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra, there are two types of seats in the MCA department one is Regular seats and other is Self Finance seats, Self-finance fees are too high but you only take admission in this course by Clearing the NIMCET for any seats.

In Our Campus There are basically 2 main Annual fests held by the College Communities one is the Cultural Club named "Confluence" which is held in October every year and the other is Technical Event Name is "Techspardha" Availability of books and libraries are very best every single book is allotted by Book bank Nit Kurukshetra. Sports and extracurricular activities are very well organized. There is a PG CLUB postgraduate club one of the official clubs of NIT Kurukshetra that organizes various events on the cultural fest.

Admission

NIMCET EXAM conducted by National Institutes of Technology Jamshedpur in June 2022 where I got AIR 435 OPEN rank and I applied for the various NITs for admission and Got the NIT KURUKSHETRA For at this Rank.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is designed to teach the basic and fundamental subjects of computer science to students. In each subject, the difficulty level is below moderate. There are some subjects which meet the industry standards and prepare students for jobs in market. But many subjects are out-dated and their syllabus is not upto standard mark of industry requirements. There is an urgent need to update the syllabus and make it more industry demands-oriented. The teaching methods used are good but some updates can make them more better. Less focus is given on practical knowledge and labs. In each semester, you will have sessional exams two times for all 5 subjects. In each year, there are two semesters and in each semester you will havee final exams in the month of December and May.

i chose NIT Kurukshetra mainly because it's close to my home town and is considered one of the reputed colleges in Haryana. Compared to other NIT's like NIT Jalandhar snd SVNIT Surat, NIT Kurukshetra has a more competitive cutoff, which shows how sought after it is, especially due to its location near Delhi. Reality of NIT kurukshetra

I took this college because the nit kurukshetra is one of top college in India for engeenering. I also applied dtu and i also get it in but not cs breach which is my priority. I also want to go iit but i am able to qualified the jee advance. NIT KURUKSHETRA: An Honest Review

The key reason for my choice of NIT KKR college was it has affordable fee structure , good campus cirriculum. Admissions are based on JEE Mains, followed by JOSAA/CSAB counselling. Candidates must have at least 75% in class 12 or be in top 20 percentile of their board. Cutoff and Seat Allocation:- General category:-For cs/it candidate rank must be in 5k-10k. Other branches require less ranking. OBC/EWS/SC/ST : Lower rank benefits due to reservation quota. There is female quota too just to increase boys:girls ratio in engineering colleges. There is state reservation of 50% in all NIT's. Admission Process:- JOSAA counselling:-Students list their prefernces based on JEE rank, and seats are allocated accordingly.
