The internships will be provided to you when you reach your third year in college and will get high chance of getting internship and faculty also help students to get internship and in IT internship rate is 100%

Placement Experience

3.5

The placement in our college is quite good as there are many students that get more than ten lakhs PA in our college and the placement rate in my branch it is about 89 per cent and if you want higher packages you can also get high packages off campus based on your skills

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure varies from category to category but the fee structure is quite decent and students who are weak financially can avail of student loans if you belong to the SC/ St and obc categories you can also get a scholarship via NSP

Campus Life

1.5

The social life in college is quite not good as there are Hindus and Muslims and both prefer to live with their own people but still, many groups contain both Hindus and Muslims and the classrooms are good and provide us quality comfort

Admission

I got into this college through jee mains as I qualified jee and got a seat in this institute in information technology if you want to take admitted in This course you should get 97-98 percentile for general and it depends on different categories the admission process is very simple you just need to come into the college and the academic section here is very good and will provide help throughout your admission overall from my experience this is great college and you can also enjoy different cultural programs here like techvaganga

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Just one company visits and that too isn't up to the mark. Its PISOFT. The highest average package in our campus was 6lpa earlier. Now that also doesn't exist. We have to go for off-campus placement. Only 4 students out of a batch of 63 students. After getting the degree.I will apply in a company for a job via off-campus placement.

MBS College of Engineering and Technology, Bachelor of Engineering [BE] (Mechanical Engineering)

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course as I completed my diploma in mechanical so I pursue this and talking about the faculty-student ratio, it is quite good as 2 teachers are there for every subject, so in a recent update, they made it compulsory for every teacher to have an M.tech degree and the teaching method is quite good and some of them are really good, so the exams were taken by Jammu University, the timing of sessional exams are taken every 1 and half months and it is done twice in the semester but the result took a lot of time.

Remarks:

It was the only state government run engineering college. So it was pretty obvious that the cut-off and competition to get into GCET was more than any other private college in the state. Right from the reputed and experienced faculty to the soft fee structure of the institute, it was a go to college for me or anybody else in the state. Upon joining, i opted for the mechanical engineering course because that had been my dream course, if i was to go for engineering.

College is quite good academic-wise but there is a lack of sports facilities. And the hostel facilities and the college fee are quite expensive. The college infrastructure is quite good and mesmerizing. College teachers are really very helpful.
