All about KIIT

The faculty members are as such very good and well qualified and overall all are from good IITs and NITs. The student and faculty ratio is very good. The faculty are very well qualified and almost all are passed out from IIT and NIT. The exam paper was moderate and easy to pass. You can easily score if you just go through the syllabus.

The college has a separate Training and placement cell that helps you to get an internship from a good company and also helps you to get a good placement. The college has very good alumni in almost all the famous companies as such Google, Microsoft, Amazon, etc. so you can easily get a referral for an internship.

The placement is pretty good. From 3rd year onwards many companies came to hire students on campus. there are many good and well-known companies that come to college for campus placement as such Amazon, IBM, Google, Microsoft, etc Almost all the students are getting jobs from the CSE branch. On an average salary of 10L per annum. The highest salary is in this year is 62.5L per annum.

The fee is a little High. For B.Tech it is 1,75,000 per semester. If you rank under 1000 in the KIITEE exam then you are eligible for for KIIT Scholarship which is 10,000 per month. The eligibility for the KIIT Scholarship is you have to come from a family where the family income is less than 2.5L per year.

The campus life is the best part of this college. Full clean and full greenery campus. Total 23 campuses. The college fest is very big in this college. Many big actors and singers came to this fest. The sports facilities are one of the best and maybe the best of all colleges. Almost all types of games are available with good ground and well-maintained facilities. There are many societies for students. You can go to any society as you prefer.

The hostel is good here. You have many hostel options like AC or non-AC. or 2 bedded, 3 bedded. Also, you can have a special separate bathroom in the hostel. The hostels are also well maintained and very responsible for any issue you have. The hostel registration process is simple and you have to choose it at the time of admission. You can change the hostel type at any moment.

The application process was smooth. The eligibility criteria are not as such as my time, just 12 passes are needed. I took the college entrance exam KIITEE to take admission but you can also take admission through JEE main exam rank. The cutoff for KIITEE to be admitted in B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering is roughly 80 presently. There are not as such Reservation Benefits. The full admission process was in my time online and it went smoothly.
