Course Curriculum Overview

This course has a bright future for the students Faculty members are very helpful. exams are timely happen. the exams are quite difficult. All of the faculty members has phd degree. Their teaching method is very helpful.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 13550 per year

Placement Experience

There is a good scope for placement. Many companies like Syngenta, Flipkart, and private banks come to our university. The average package is 400000 per year. besides this placement, there is a big opportunity for other jobs.

Fees and Financial Aid

The semester fee is around 7000 and the hostel fee is around 2500 for each month for the hosteller. but there are very few scholarships for meritorious students as financial assistance.

Campus Life

In January usually annual fest of our college is conducted, it is named Naihrit. Our library is one of the biggest libraries in the world. This campus has a big opportunity for the students for sports and extracurricular activities.

Admission

The students should complete the 12th level with physics chemistry biology. Application forms are available on the university's official website. All types of information are available on that page. Yes, a little reservation is there.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Seat limit has been decreased into a little amount.So, getting chance is more difficult .there are 3 faculties agriculture, horticulture, agriculture engineering.In agriculture faculty so many departments are there ,but seat limit is less.In total seat,80%is for domicile students of West Bengal and 20%for icar accredited university students.In that 80% 70% for university home students and 10% for rest of the domicile students.

The exam was divided into 3 parts I.e 1st mock (15) marks,2nd mock(15 mark) and then final (50mark) and rest 20 mark as practiCal and field work.the students who do class regularly,is easy to pass because teachers are awesome..but if anyone miss class then it's hard to understand by reading books. The guard during exam is too hard..so those students who read concentrately are passed easily .. and those who don't read whole year and only read exam night they failed..

BCKV, a place to cherish forever.

You have to secure good percentage in Higher Secondary and clear the cutoff (More than 90%) to get into UG. You have to clear cutoff of University exams to get into PG/PhD. Eligibility is 12th with P+C+B or vocational with related subjects from any board. Students can also get admission from ICAR AIEEA (UG) exam. Application forms are available on the official website of the university ( https://bckv.edu.in ) when the application portal is opened. The date varies from time to time, generally, the application starts after the result of the 12th board exam is published. Yes, there are reservations for SC ST OBC students, General EWS students also get the benefit of reservation. In each semester there is one midterm one practical evaluation and one final end term for each course in a semester. Difficulty level is moderate.
