What Students Say

Likes

Excellent campus covering large area and greenary all around.
Sports facilities are top notch including sports like long tennis, hockey, basketball etc.
Good infrastructure, placement opportunities and cooperative staffs.

Dislikes

Fees is too high. Everyone cannot afford such high amount fees.
Strict in and out times for hostel boarders.
Mess food is not so good and quality is poor.

Course Curriculum Overview

It was because I had a keen interest in cse. Great faculty. Friendly and highly educated teachers. Teachers are from IIT or are doing PHD. We are having frequent class interaction courses and a great experience. Exams are at a good level.

Internships Opportunities

400 plus companies to date. 75 plus NEW companies 5000 plus offers (3200 plus single offers). Top 1500 students placed in “Dream Companies” with an Average CTC of 8.10 LPA plus. 42 Companies offered a CTC of 10.00 LPA and above 150 Companies offered a CTC of 5.00 LPA or more. Internship opportunities are good.

Placement Experience

Students are eligible for campus placement from 3rd year. Companies like Autodesk, Amazon, Hyundai, etc. visit the campus providing excellent job opportunities. As of 2023. 300 top companies came 3800+ jobs offered. 62 lakhs highest package.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are a bit high but it is worth the hike. Turion is 192000 × 8 = 1536000/-. Hostels are of different types. Placements are guaranteed at KIIT. it is of great name. Good college and great exposure.

Campus Life

Many fests. Weekend interaction programs are held frequently. Good college. Books are provided by the college and a good classroom with AC. Many societies and clubs are here. And everyone is interactive here.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are as per the fees means it is good and nice. There are dustbins, almirahs, and good tables for study. There is also a housekeeping service who are available all the time and if there is any issue we can keep our problems in the reception and the problem gets solved within a day. The mess is above average means the quality of the food.

Hostel Fee: INR 56000 per year

Admission

Need to pass 12th with 60%. Kiitee exam. And for cse high percentile is required. Good college. The exam is based on the JEE MAINS pattern. And a bit easy from it. The application form can be found on the website and it is free of cost.

A well rounded campus life with industry oriented growth in college

Placement Experience:

placement at cv raman global university are good especially for cse/it . student becomes eligible from the 7th semester and compinies like TCS, infosys, wipro,capgemini, cognizant and ibm visit regularly. the highest package is around 15 lpa and average package about 4 to 5 lpa . aroud 80 to 90 % of cse/it student get placed. while non core branch recive fewer core offer but still get it/services opportunities. after my degree, i pland to start my carrier to higher studies for making me as a proffersor.

My Campus Life

Placement Experience:

After your 7th semi you will be eligible for campus placements Several reputed companies such as infosys,Wipro etc have visited our campus around my graduation time. The highest package offered was 6 LPA by infosys for the role of Data analyst while the average package stood at around 2.5 LPA to 3.2LPA . Approximately 60% or 6.5 CGPA secured students will be eligible for placements through campus drives. After obtaining my degree, I plan to Pursue higher studies like Mtech in a IIT'S or Niit hence i prepared for Gate 2 yrs .But meanwhile i was preparing for to get a job to take the responsibility of family so i started my carrer a a software developer.

The course is relevant enough to teach you all the basics you would require in engineering though some of the courses can be changed and in place of those new courses can be addded for example for non physics student teaching them quantum mechanincs and that too the old quantum mechanics doesent seem to make sense . KIIT has lost it's eminence and it's fame for quality education and good placement records

Placement Experience:

Placement record is not so good.. companies like Microsoft and Google have blacklisted KIIT due to poor performance and mismanagement by the KIIT in providing with the right candidates. KIIT shortlists students in basis of multiple tests taken on platforms like AMCAT and on that basics provides the profiles of best performing candidates to the companies invited for campus hirings regardless of the field and job specifications and requirements, so basically KIIT has a very below average performance Training and Placement Cell as they lack decision making and management skills to segregate candidates for hirings according to their skills and not by their general scores and CGPA. NOTE: Companies have shown least interest in KIIT for last 2 years and the poor performance of previous batches and mismanagement by KIIT authorities. KIIT promises 100% placements but that is actually far from reality.
