Course Curriculum Overview

I chose CSE as I have an interest in this subject. The faculties are good, they will help you out if make a good connection with them. Now if you are going to disturb them in the class don't expect to have good favour in return. Many professors are directly from NITs, those who aren't are also well-qualified. Currently, the exam total marks have changed. It is easy to give them if you study properly.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 350000 per year

Internships Opportunities

In your fourth year, many companies will come. Currently, I don't know the details but u can also apply for internships in your 3rd and 2nd year. It is up to the student how he can use the opportunities given to him/her to be successful.

Placement Experience

I guess it is from 3rd year you can apply for internships. The overall package is 7 lakh, after that, you can also apply for off-campus. And then there are students, who also get a 20 lakh package. Not everyone gets good placement now it is up to you how much you can offer.

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost study is like any other private college. One semester fee was Rs.175000 when I was admitted, now recently it has increased. You can have scholarships based on your academic results that will help you.

Campus Life

Annual fests and tech fests happening throughout the year. The central library will offer you a vast amount of books on different subjects. classrooms are neat and clean. The campus is also good with various sports & extra curricular activities. There is also social group, clubs or website for students run by students.

Admission

To get into this college I took the KIITEE exam. If your rank is under 1000 you will also get the KIIT merit scholarship, which currently I have. You can also get admission through your Jee rank. The application process is quite easy, you just have to apply for it through their official website. To get Cse, which I am currently studying you need a minimum 80 percentile, though it largely depends on in which phase you are giving the exam.

A well rounded campus life with industry oriented growth in college

Placement Experience:

placement at cv raman global university are good especially for cse/it . student becomes eligible from the 7th semester and compinies like TCS, infosys, wipro,capgemini, cognizant and ibm visit regularly. the highest package is around 15 lpa and average package about 4 to 5 lpa . aroud 80 to 90 % of cse/it student get placed. while non core branch recive fewer core offer but still get it/services opportunities. after my degree, i pland to start my carrier to higher studies for making me as a proffersor.

My Campus Life

Placement Experience:

After your 7th semi you will be eligible for campus placements Several reputed companies such as infosys,Wipro etc have visited our campus around my graduation time. The highest package offered was 6 LPA by infosys for the role of Data analyst while the average package stood at around 2.5 LPA to 3.2LPA . Approximately 60% or 6.5 CGPA secured students will be eligible for placements through campus drives. After obtaining my degree, I plan to Pursue higher studies like Mtech in a IIT'S or Niit hence i prepared for Gate 2 yrs .But meanwhile i was preparing for to get a job to take the responsibility of family so i started my carrer a a software developer.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is relevant enough to teach you all the basics you would require in engineering though some of the courses can be changed and in place of those new courses can be addded for example for non physics student teaching them quantum mechanincs and that too the old quantum mechanics doesent seem to make sense . The exams are not so frequent and the papers can be rated as moderate

KIIT has lost it's eminence and it's fame for quality education and good placement records

Placement Experience:

Placement record is not so good.. companies like Microsoft and Google have blacklisted KIIT due to poor performance and mismanagement by the KIIT in providing with the right candidates. KIIT shortlists students in basis of multiple tests taken on platforms like AMCAT and on that basics provides the profiles of best performing candidates to the companies invited for campus hirings regardless of the field and job specifications and requirements, so basically KIIT has a very below average performance Training and Placement Cell as they lack decision making and management skills to segregate candidates for hirings according to their skills and not by their general scores and CGPA. NOTE: Companies have shown least interest in KIIT for last 2 years and the poor performance of previous batches and mismanagement by KIIT authorities. KIIT promises 100% placements but that is actually far from reality.
