Course Curriculum Overview

Basically, I am from a CSE background because it is now trending. Course faculty are all IITans and NITans. They are very helpful and kind. If anyone faces any problem they can reach out to the respective tutor mentor and solve their issues by talking with them.

There are many scopes for internships. For campus, Higher Radius is here to offer students internships for mass recruitment. Kiit have many other that offer mass internships for training and placement

Placement Experience

The only reason I came to KIIT is for placement. The placement scenario is very good in kiit From 6th semester students can eligible for campus placement. There are various companies which visit kiit like Microsoft, Amazon , Higher radius, Bosch, Tcs, Infosys etc

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is very high about 20,00,000 lakhs for four years. Recently the fee got hiked to 1,95,000 from 1,75,000 in one year. The kiit scholarship is offered to those merit students who got under 500 rank of the KIITEEE examination.

Campus Life

The campus is very good. The annual fest named Kiit Annual Fest takes place between January to February. The library is huge almost all the books are present in the library. The sports grounds are present on almost all the campuses.

Admission

Any 17 year + old student can apply for the entrance exam. Which is KITE Basically it's level is below the jee level. Anyone can clear the exam if someone studies only about class 12. You can find the application form on the KIIT website.

A well rounded campus life with industry oriented growth in college

Placement Experience:

placement at cv raman global university are good especially for cse/it . student becomes eligible from the 7th semester and compinies like TCS, infosys, wipro,capgemini, cognizant and ibm visit regularly. the highest package is around 15 lpa and average package about 4 to 5 lpa . aroud 80 to 90 % of cse/it student get placed. while non core branch recive fewer core offer but still get it/services opportunities. after my degree, i pland to start my carrier to higher studies for making me as a proffersor.

My Campus Life

Placement Experience:

After your 7th semi you will be eligible for campus placements Several reputed companies such as infosys,Wipro etc have visited our campus around my graduation time. The highest package offered was 6 LPA by infosys for the role of Data analyst while the average package stood at around 2.5 LPA to 3.2LPA . Approximately 60% or 6.5 CGPA secured students will be eligible for placements through campus drives. After obtaining my degree, I plan to Pursue higher studies like Mtech in a IIT'S or Niit hence i prepared for Gate 2 yrs .But meanwhile i was preparing for to get a job to take the responsibility of family so i started my carrer a a software developer.

The course is relevant enough to teach you all the basics you would require in engineering though some of the courses can be changed and in place of those new courses can be addded for example for non physics student teaching them quantum mechanincs and that too the old quantum mechanics doesent seem to make sense . The exams are not so frequent and the papers can be rated as moderate

KIIT has lost it's eminence and it's fame for quality education and good placement records

Placement Experience:

Placement record is not so good.. companies like Microsoft and Google have blacklisted KIIT due to poor performance and mismanagement by the KIIT in providing with the right candidates. KIIT shortlists students in basis of multiple tests taken on platforms like AMCAT and on that basics provides the profiles of best performing candidates to the companies invited for campus hirings regardless of the field and job specifications and requirements, so basically KIIT has a very below average performance Training and Placement Cell as they lack decision making and management skills to segregate candidates for hirings according to their skills and not by their general scores and CGPA. NOTE: Companies have shown least interest in KIIT for last 2 years and the poor performance of previous batches and mismanagement by KIIT authorities. KIIT promises 100% placements but that is actually far from reality.
