'BCKV' through the eyes of a student

I chose this course because it provides me with vast knowledge about soil, plant disease management, pests' harmful effects on crops, extension, meteorology, and many other budding sectors of agriculture and climate. Faculty: The student ratio is impressive and according to the need. All the teachers are highly educated and best in their own sectors. They teach us very affectionately and help us to understand key concepts with practical examples. One midterm and one end term for all 11 subjects occur in each semester according to the previously given schedule. If a student follows all the classes attentively it is never difficult for him /her to pass the exam, even in the cases of hard question paper.

It demands 6665 Rs. for each semester. This semester fees include all the charges. Though it is different for each year new students coming from outside. This course provide different scolarships from state as well as the central government. To help the students for higher studies and to pursue their dreams.

The university campus is very beautiful and a large number of different types of trees are present. Different agricultural crop fields and horticultural plant nurseries are present. This university is built in the lap of Mother Nature with a mesmerized scenic beauty. Nairit is the grand ceremony held every year to welcome newcomers and every 4years Social held on the university campus. It is held after 4 months of admission of the new students to the university. A great collection of all important subjective books with multiple copies to help the student is available in the Central Library. Apart from this a great collection of journals and important books for competitive exams are available here. Classrooms are large enough with a.c.and projector facilities are available. Sports competitions held every year where students and teachers take part.

A student who has passed HS with science with above 60 percent is eligible for application. This course provides details knowledge about agriculture, the most backbone profession of India.
