Course Curriculum Overview

Since my childhood, I always wanted to study Computer Science and BTech was the only way to do it. The facilities are quite good and helpful. The facilities are highly educated and their teaching process is also good. After each 3-4 months exams were conducted and if studied it's easy to pass and if not also you may find it a little difficult.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 350000 per year

I got my internship from the college itself which they provide and I was provided with a stripe of 5000 during that time I learned many things about placement, learning skills, and interviews.

Placement Experience

From 3rd year students can go for placements. A lot of companies visited our college and the offers made were huge. The highest package I remember was 50LPA nd the average package was around 6-7LPA. Almost all students get placed. After getting the degree I would like to go for Mtech.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are high but it's alright after all it's a private college and not a government college. I didn't apply for any scholarship and the job I got was good. If you study well job you can get an internship to be done well.

Campus Life

KIIT Fest I's held and it's conducted in and around September. The library is quite big and you will get the necessary books you need for your studies. The classes are quite good with a central air conditioner smart monitors and a whiteboard. You can do extracurricular activities such as swimming, badminton, gym, and basketball.

Admission

I got my admission to KIIT by taking the exam KIITEE which is held by the college every year and has got a minimum of 3 phases and a maximum of up to 5 phases. The application form for this college will be available on the Kiit official website itself. Application fees are charged in less amount and they provide you with a certain time to fill out the application form in case you miss out on the first one you can avail it for the next phase. The admission process was quite smooth and was done in an excellent way without any doubts or problems.

A well rounded campus life with industry oriented growth in college

Placement Experience:

placement at cv raman global university are good especially for cse/it . student becomes eligible from the 7th semester and compinies like TCS, infosys, wipro,capgemini, cognizant and ibm visit regularly. the highest package is around 15 lpa and average package about 4 to 5 lpa . aroud 80 to 90 % of cse/it student get placed. while non core branch recive fewer core offer but still get it/services opportunities. after my degree, i pland to start my carrier to higher studies for making me as a proffersor.

My Campus Life

Placement Experience:

After your 7th semi you will be eligible for campus placements Several reputed companies such as infosys,Wipro etc have visited our campus around my graduation time. The highest package offered was 6 LPA by infosys for the role of Data analyst while the average package stood at around 2.5 LPA to 3.2LPA . Approximately 60% or 6.5 CGPA secured students will be eligible for placements through campus drives. After obtaining my degree, I plan to Pursue higher studies like Mtech in a IIT'S or Niit hence i prepared for Gate 2 yrs .But meanwhile i was preparing for to get a job to take the responsibility of family so i started my carrer a a software developer.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is relevant enough to teach you all the basics you would require in engineering though some of the courses can be changed and in place of those new courses can be addded for example for non physics student teaching them quantum mechanincs and that too the old quantum mechanics doesent seem to make sense . KIIT has lost it's eminence and it's fame for quality education and good placement records

Placement Experience:

Placement record is not so good.. companies like Microsoft and Google have blacklisted KIIT due to poor performance and mismanagement by the KIIT in providing with the right candidates. KIIT shortlists students in basis of multiple tests taken on platforms like AMCAT and on that basics provides the profiles of best performing candidates to the companies invited for campus hirings regardless of the field and job specifications and requirements, so basically KIIT has a very below average performance Training and Placement Cell as they lack decision making and management skills to segregate candidates for hirings according to their skills and not by their general scores and CGPA. NOTE: Companies have shown least interest in KIIT for last 2 years and the poor performance of previous batches and mismanagement by KIIT authorities. KIIT promises 100% placements but that is actually far from reality.
