faculties here are more professional and have better experience which obviously help the students .
placement here is very good. average package is 6lpa.

campus is too big which may cause you pain in your legs ..

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose for this course because I love designing and secondly after 12 I don't want to do Btech. The faculty and student ratio is 1:10. Here faculties are more qualified with better degrees and experience, their teaching methods are too easy. The items are held every 6 months and it is too easy to pass.

Placement Experience

From the 7th semester, students are eligible for placements on campus. Names of the companies visiting here are TCS, WIPRO, CONGINANT, INFOSYS, MICROSOFT, GOOGLE, ETC The highest package was 68lpa and the average was 6lpa. Almost 98% of students get placed here. My plan after the degree is to opt for master's.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are normal as in every university and the hike is also not so high. The cost of the study is almost 8lakhs for this course. There are many more chances of getting placed within the campus selection with a good stipend.

Campus Life

The name of the annual fest is Youth Festival and the technical fest is Science Fare which is held in the winter season and other in April respectively. The is a very big library with almost every book available here. and journals too. AC, digital board with good quality desks are available in every class with frequent modification. Almost every sport is played here which students may not have listed the name before. There are many clubs here which is run by seniors.

Admission

There were 40% eligibility criteria for this course. The application form was available on the Internet, the application fee was 1000 INR. There were no reservation benefits I availed although there were some benefits available. No, I dont think there should be any improvement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course cuz the curriculum includea almost everything. Nothing could ever prepare someone for real world applications until unless you step out in the real world itself. The rush before the exams. I wish the teachers would manage it better. The first semester was horrible due to this. The end term exams start almost after a month of mid terms which makes the semester end exam quite difficult.

Amity is not as bad as you might think.

Placement Experience:

From the third year you're eligible for campus placement. The placement is not that great as of now since asft is pretty new and they're still fetching companies but there are options. The campus placement advisors are pretty great and helpful. And even if you don't find campus placement, there are a lot of openings now for the same since fashion designing has become pretty popular since the last few years

Reality Of Joining NIFT As A Student.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Interested in footwear design and then lifestyle goods so I opted for leather design. 8 teachers: 29 students in the leather department and 1 lab assignment and also taught by industrial designers. Good quality of education with an upgraded method which is very much practical with the trend. in 6 months I.e in 1 semester = midterm(30) + end term (30) + final jury exam (40). It is a continuous evaluation of a project in which one should present everything in the final jury exam.

Amity is a Universe not University.

I applied to other colleges also but i choose amity because Amity really gives you the knowledge. It makes you a overall complete person. It makes you forward in life, teaches you how to gain confidence which i didnt had before coming to Amity. The admission process was quite easy i got admission through my CUET Score. In admission portal it asks you general questions and takes few of your informations and previous scores of 12th and 10th.
