The Mechanical Faculty of our college is very good.

Bouncers are very annoying in our college because they don't let us stay anywhere in the college when we have off lectures.
The campus of our college is very much small.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I wanted to. The student ratio of each class is near about 60 per class. Faculty is good and theirs teaching methods are average. There are 2 TAE exam, 2 CAE exam and 1 ESE for each semester.

Placement Experience

Students are eligible for campus placements in 4th year(8th sem). I actually don't know the names of companies but Mahendra is one of them. Highest package is 900000. 90% students get placements. I will study for masters after my engineering degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

My caste is SBC so I had to pay 35000 in the 1st year and from 2nd year I had to pay 28900 as my college fees. I get mahdbt scholarship, if you don't have money to pay for the fees you can pay in installments. You have to search for internship on your own

Campus Life

There are many fest held in our college. Antaragini is one of the biggest fest in our college, it is held in February. You can find all studying books in Library. No sports are held in our college because our campus is too small and don't have a playground.

You must clear the entrence exam. You can get all the details about application form, application fees and application dates in the student section. Or else the mail will be sent to you for further details.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. We can get addmission in GHRCE nagpur by after taking JEE AND MHTCET exam. The cuttoff of each branch is different for civil 75% is required. GHRCE nagpur have it's own site from where we can know about all the addmission procedure also the details of reservation is provided on site. I found the addmission process very easy and simple.
