Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because my dream is to become an engineer that's why I have chosen this course. The faculty of our college is very good and the teaching method is excellent. The term exams are held on time and it is easy to pass because all concepts are cleared.

Course Fees: INR 13000 per year

Placement Experience

From the 6th semester, the student is eligible for campus placements. The companies visited for the campus placements are Wipro, Tata group, Mahindra & Mahindra, Infosys, etc The highest package was 38 lakhs per annum and the 15 lakhs average package.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are according to the parent's income. If the student is unable to pay the fee can take facilities such as financial assistance available on the college campus. The scholorship is MahaDBT which is given to students according to their category.

Campus Life

The annual fest every year is the Antragini in which dance, music, acting, comedy and other competitions are held. Tech Fest is also held every year. The library is also available in our college. Sports and other curricular activities are on the campus

Admission

The admission process of our college is very easy. The candidate should have been appearing for the entrance exam such as JEE and MHT-CET. Then the candidate should fill out the application form and wait for the cut-off. If the candidate is interested in reserving the seat the facility is available.

Interview Experience

Yes I faced a group discussion in which we took different colleges, and checked out their reviews and the campus of the college. Also, the placement how much the average package is their faculty and teaching methods and lastly I have selected this college.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. We can get addmission in GHRCE nagpur by after taking JEE AND MHTCET exam. The cuttoff of each branch is different for civil 75% is required. GHRCE nagpur have it's own site from where we can know about all the addmission procedure also the details of reservation is provided on site. I found the addmission process very easy and simple.
